At the end of Captain America: Civil War, The Avengers had been split in two and a couple of very differest teams were left behind in the aftermath. Now, while you may think that Avengers: Infinity War will add the likes of Black Panther and Captain Marvel to each group, it doesn't sound as if we should expect any seismic shifts. That's according to star Chadwick Boseman during a chat with Jimmy Kimmel.
When the host asked if new heroes will be added to the team, the actor replied: "No. No new characters. All the same ones." That's a pretty vague statement, but one which makes sense when you think about it. While the teams will cross paths with the likes of Doctor Strange and Spider-Man, you have to believe that much of Avengers: Infinity War will be devoted to healing the rift between them.
We'll just have to wait and see, of course, but it will be interesting to see how the Russos bring all of these heroes together and what sort of impact it ends up having on the franchise moving forward.
