BURBANK, CA (June 14, 2019) – Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has moved up its physical release date for Batman: Hush, the next entry in the popular series of DC Universe Movies. Produced by Warner Bros. Animation and DC, the feature-length animated film will arrive one week earlier than originally announced, now coming to 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack, Blu-ray Combo Pack and the DC Universe streaming service on August 6, 2019. The film retains its Digital release date of July 20, 2019.

An adaptation of the seminal DC classic tale, Batman: Hush centers on a shadowy new villain known only as Hush, who uses Gotham’s Rogues Gallery to destroy Batman’s crime-fighting career, as well as Bruce Wayne’s personal life – which has already been complicated by a relationship with Selina Kyle, aka Catwoman.

Batman: Hush will be available on 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack ($39.99 SRP) and Blu-ray Combo Pack ($24.98 SRP) as well as on Digital ($19.99 HD). The 4K Ultra HD Combo Pack features an Ultra HD Blu-ray disc in 4K with HDR and a Blu-ray disc featuring the film; the Blu-ray Combo Pack features the film in hi-definition. The 4K Ultra HD and Blu-ray Combo Pack include a digital version of the film.

Bonus features on Batman: Hush include the all-new DC Showcase animated short, Sgt. Rock; a fascinating featurette focused on Selina Kyle/Catwoman entitled Batman: Love in Time of War; an Audio Commentary featuring executive producer James Tucker, director Justin Copeland and screenwriter Ernie Altbacker; a sneak peek at the next DC Universe Movie, Wonder Woman: Bloodlines; and two episodes from The Batman/Superman Hour.

Nice clip. Although it seems they have replaced Killer Croc from the opening scene with Bane, wonder why.

@NinnesMBC - I’m not a big fan of that switch. It implies that Bane was being manipulated by the Riddler and Hush then, if he’s just filling that Killer Croc role. Bane wouldn’t be manipulated like that.

@KingGrimlock - seems they explained that away in the clip though

This looks good, but I’m so sick of O’Mara’s Batman. He’s so unconvincing and bland in the role!

I'm not mad at this at all.

The art direction is dull and lifeless. They swapped Croc with a moron version of Bane, and replaced the shipyard setting with some generic factory we've seen a thousand times.

Another bland, lazy DC animated adaptation that doesn't honor the source material's story or artwork.

The art looks so [frick]ING BLAND. It’s like DC Animation is just like “eh they’ll watch it regardless.”

Movie looks good but bane being mindless idiot I never like in anything I know it’s new venom couldn’t they at least do something with new side effects of new venom instead of always making g bane stupid and stronger

@dragon316 - making bane stupid and doing things for money completely contradicts this huge build up they have literally done for the last several years in the Batman comics. King’s run had been really awesome.

@KingGrimlock - Contradicts Bane period. He's essentialy batman with Juice instead of gadgets. Don't know why they opt to make him like the Hulk

The only reason Loeb and Lee came up with the Hush storyline was for Lee to be able to draw Batman's rogue gallery, and that was the only good thing about it. The story was predictable and Hush was a dumb villain.

The animation decides to stick with that boring style they have been using for awhile instead of trying to reproduce Lee's style. No thanks.

@EnigmaticMan - to each their own. I loved the HUSH storyline and Jim Lee’s art was beautiful in it.

This looks kinda lifeless, I wonder why the latest DC animated movies had their animation budgets apparently slashed in half and it certainly shows. I did enjoy Justice League Dark and that was quite recent so I'll give this one a shot anyway.

I hate that they replaced croc with bane; on the other hand I like how they have tried to replicate the panels from the original book when you see the homeless people around the fire with batman and catwoman above.

This looks good but I, like others above, want to see DC spotlight other characters. Give me Hawkworld; establishing a convoluted character in a visually appealing surrounding will be easy. I might be alone in wanting to see Noir-style characters like Crimson Avenger, OG Blue Beetle, Question and even Gray Ghost (he’ll make it a tv show within the DC)

I actually just watched Batman Hush, it's so damn good. And reading all these negative comments in here about the film BEFORE actually watching it first, really says a lot bout the lot of u in here...
