In other news, two employees of Head First offices, in Manchester, have tweets that give of the impression that the studio crew could be filming a scene involving Samuel L. Jackson's Director of SHIELD, Nick Fury.

DCMF: From the casting call, I'm awkwardly impressed how well Marvel & Joe Johnston wants to make the period-piece believable, as they should.

Anyhow, Chris Evans leads an extraordinary cast including Tommy Lee Jones, Hugo Weaving, Haley Atwell, Stanley Tucci, Sebastian Stan, Neal McDonough, Dominic Cooper, and plenty more to come.

And under Joe Johnston direction, the film hits theaters July 22, 2011.

Great find DCMF! :)

Both Manchester and Liverpool are pretty far from where I live...still, I might give it a go because it would be one hell of an experience! (even though by the time I pay to stay down there, I'd probably end up with -£90 a day, lol!)

no fake or natural tans? GAAAAAAAAH. I think they're just starting to put the "all ethnicities can apply" thing there just for political correctness. dear god. they should just be upfront about it. after all like avenue q said, we're all a little bit racist, what's important is we all get along.

Well a tan is a tan - it ain't a race.

Brits in northern, 1940's, windswept, rain dampened, foggy old jolly blighty didn't have tans. Especially the ladies.

If you did it meant you were a swarthy farm labourer or something.

Geez - I am 250 miles from Liverpool/Manchester area. So close and yet so far. Too far in fact!
