But when a S.H.I.E.L.D. colleague comes under attack, Steve becomes embroiled in a web of intrigue that threatens to put the world at risk. Joining forces with the Black Widow, Captain America struggles to expose the ever-widening conspiracy while fighting off professional assassins sent to silence him at every turn. Sorry, @superguy83, but Spider-Man 2, Avengers, and Dark Knight were far superior movies to MOS.

Man of Steel was the best CBM ever! I agree. Now watch someone will make fun or start a comment saying "oh DC fanboys are trolling" or "they will start talking about how my opinion". If anything there aren't any fanboys here, just two superman fans who just dug Man of Steel. Ok I'm done trolling. CANT WAIT FOR CAP TWS :D

And yeah I actually believe MOS was the best CBM. Don't talk to me about Avengers or Dark Knight, I know bitch I know! Got a problem with my opinion deal with it.....:P

A couple of months ago, I saw a comment from Feige saying that this movie will be the turning point of the MCU or I should say the most important one. Anyone thinking Ultron or probably more extremis stuff? Could Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver be projects of the government or just rogue superhumans? Could this lead to a civil war in the MCU? I'm really excited.

Well, I am a Superman fan of over 40 years and I don't think MOS would make my top 5 list. It's all subjective and to each their own. This one looks to have potential to be in my top 5.

You know, we have aliens and superhumans now and so the government has to find the defenses to fight back and so it takes away freedom for protection? Golly sounds familiar lol. They briefly talked about it in Avengers and it's one of the big plot points of AOS where SHIELD has to do thing like this behind our back and like Fury said they take out targets before the danger. Great social commentary and I think that's why Whedon keeps saying that AoU will be more grounded and personal. Watch Stark will create Ultron without even knowing it because of SHIELD. We are going to get a Marvel civil war mixed with Ultron. I'm just theorizing so who knows what happens. SHIELD is probably going to break down too.

While I love that franchise I hope we don't get an MGS vibe from this. Leave that for MGS

Snake is too morally grey, he's a stone cold killer while BB takes it to a whole nother level of insanity.

On the other hand The Boss is loyal to a fault.

Plus MGS is driven not just by tech and conspiracy but its seriously messed up antagonists. Volgin, Vamp, Ocelot etc

The movie does look damn good. Cap has always been my favorite (In the MCU) but i still never got that excited about ides of him solo but this new movie looks amazing. From the trailer it looks as legit and solid as TDK did. I think this will be marvels best movie yet. It looks like it has a chance of going toe-to-toe with the qaulity of IM1. They wrent joking when they said it was a "Political thriller" I had to remind myself in moments of the trailer this was a superhero movie.

Well I know the movie lists Sebastian Stan as playing the Winter Soldier, and he played Bucky in the first film, but I can't for the life of me figure out who this Winter Soldier really is?!!

Damn I think we're due for a great film with CA:TWS. Now before any naysayers go "He's just saying that because blaah blah..." just remember, I don't remember Warren Ellis saying good things like this about Iron Man 3.
And Winter Soldiers catching Cap's shield looks like something straight off the page of a comic. Love it.
