Hopefully Marvel will go with a more iconic costume look like Caps First Avenger costume not the Avengers costume

What is this garbage? Gatchaman 2013? The DnA run had amazing uniforms, yet Marvel, in its infinite wisdom, allows this mess to come out in anticipation of a movie that only has a small (but rabid) built-in fanbase to begin with? So the few of us with perky nipples for this movie may end up with these second-rate X-Men-flick-worthy non-costumes, thereby diminishing our excitement? Wow.

I'm not really what you'd call a fan of GOTG, i've only been looking into these guys recently before the movie release. I've gotta say i prefer the original costumes to these...hope they choose the original traditional costumes for the movie!

I actually like Starlords costume and helmet but give him back the old mask he looks way ,ore badas with that one! the new costume looks more like the original 70s starlord costume but still he needs that SEXY mask!

I hatea you Bendis, they all look like shit, except for Drax. and Groot its supposed to be like a gentle giant not something that will appear in a new version of The little aho of horrors!! God Damnit!! What the hell was worng with Starlord sexy helmet?! WHAT?!! James Gunn please, PLEASE, dont use these shitty costume. And f*ck you again, Bendis.

I can't get over how bad these are!!!! Severely disappointed by the redesign especially Star-lords helmet. Wow I'm really disappointed. If this is the direction of the look in the movie than all hope is lost. The identity of who these guys were is completely gone. WTF!!!!!!

They're leaping out into the open dead of space, and you're criticizing the color schemes of their space suits? Drax is the only titan who can handle it. And Groot is...I don't know...a Shepherd of the Forest, so he's okay too. Would you prefer StarLord's head implode within the first panel of this title? Or even better, should be he wearing his mask under his helmet? I like to layer clothes in the Autumn, but that'd be a tad overboard. I realize it's trendy to hate everything in existence these days, but give it a chance.
