"You're gonna see Sinestro; you're gonna see Tomar-Re; you're gonna see Kilowog; you're gonna see Bzzd," Reynolds revealed to MTV News. "I'm really glad in this film I don't actually have to say the word 'Bzzd'. I don't think I could do that with a straight face on camera."

Although Bzzd was no bigger then a housefly, his tremendous willpower allowed him to be a capable fighter in the Green Lantern Corps. Bzzd's power was evident in his penchant for creating constructs that were massive in scope when compared to his diminutive size, like locomotives and full scale roller coasters.

i love ryan reynolds. dude's funny as hell. but try explaining to a 3 year old why deadpool is green lantern and jonny storm is now cap. ugh! oh, and he really loves trying to keep up with all the different hulks.

sorry. dont mean to sound like i am complaining. so glad these movies are being made. but it seems to be hard to keep things on track if the actor changes in every film. kinda glad nortons gone.

tea: Lol, a character like Bzzd reminds me while I'll always prefer Marvel! :P I'm guessing there'll be a scene where Reynolds tries to swat him away or something...As for your Flash movie, Geoff Johns said a few days ago that they're working on it so I'm sure DC/WB will get around to making it. In a decade or so! ;D Seriously though, it would make for an awesome film!

cosmic: Dude, chill out! It's a well known fact on CBM that I prefer Marvel over DC and take the occassional swipe! My opinion about what I consider to be a ridiculous character really shouldnt drive you to oral sex remarks that make no sense! :P I never would have thought that anyone would be so protective over a glorified fly!

This isn't new new news... We heard about this a few days back on CBM, Campbell said Bzzd was definetely gonna be in the film because he's his favorite.

owning a convention and owning the cinema are two different things.

i liked marvels presentation but still plenty of chances of failure.

all this trash talking until these films come out.

joe johnson i dont trust.

tdk never made an appearance at comic con and look how bad that turned out lol

if dc decides not to share and just make great movies thats better than the alternative.

the best way to cater to the fans is to just deliver great movies period.

If they are putting in appearances of Famous GL Corps members, I'd love to see Arisa and Holika Rann, but not G'Nort! But really out of 7200 GLC members how many cameos can they put in? Can't wait for this!

I love my DC and I love my Marvel…..I have to say that Marvel pretty much made Comic Con 2010 theirs. The one thing us fans should not forget is Comic Con 2007 when Iron Man generated a sensation with the audience and pretty much owned Comic Con then. But then a little movie called The Dark Knight came along and pretty much treated the movie theaters like cheap porta-pottys and used Iron Man as the toilet paper to wipe its ass with. Just because they stole the show doesn’t mean that any of those movies will be any good. It’s not about just winning over the crowed to please a building full of hyper critical, snot nosed fanboys; it’s about the quality of the finished product. Marvel has become a big obnoxious spectacle and turned into some kind of vending machine that shits out disposable super hero movies. As much as I want to love their movies, it’s hard because they are usually soulless and forgettable. In my opinion, thieve yet to produce one that truly is breath taking, memorable, and inspirational. I think DC will surprise us all with Green Lantern and will rise above all this Marvel madness........By the way, does anyone remember Iron Man 2? Gone and disposed of already!

Bzzd is nowhere near DC's most ridiculous character. That award goes hands down to Robin. :)
