How can Batman Hush turn into a successful movie trilogy (not a fancast)

Hush is unarguably one of the Batman's best storylines. I have an idea how it can turn into a successful trilogy.

Batman Hush unarguably is one of the best graphic novels about Batman. The story puts Batman and Bruce Wayne both in a situation like no other and gets him face to face with a foe he never met and who knows Batman truly. The story is truly cinematic and with proper storytelling it can become a very good trilogy

Hush ties into Batman’s back story and takes instances from The killing Joke, Death in the Family and some other storylines and plots. The movie even can tie into Justice League movie or a World’s finest movie because Superman is in it.

Now how it can turn into a trilogy is..

Hush Part 1: Story can introduce Dick Grayson who is already became Nightwing and currently Batman is working with Barbara Gordon.Jason Todd died years ago by the hands of Joker can be explained in flashback. Here both Death in the Family and Killing Joke can be mixed with some other Joker story like No Man’s Land or Arkham Asylum. During some point in the movie Joker shoots Barbara and paralyses her. By the hands of Joker.
Throughout the movie we can see appearances by a man covered in Band-Aids wearing a trenchcoat as if he is controlling things behind the scene.
Catwoman and Huntress are already active in Gotham city and Batman could share some kind of on and off relationship with Catwoman while huntress is on with her own vendetta in a very little screen time. Movie can also introduce Talia as Bruce’s love interest who leaves him in the end after knowing his disguise or somehow if Ra’s al Gul comes into the scene with small flashbacks in Bruce’s past with his parents and Tommy. In the end of the movie Barbara takes mantle of Oracle and Tim Drake is introduced to Bruce Wayne who finally figures out his identity.

Hush Part 2: The basic Hush story can be established here. Batman chasing Killer croc and falling into the ally and introducing Tommy Elliot. He finally finding out a conspiracy behind everything that. Superman/ Clark can have a cameo leading to the battle they had in Metropolis. ( At this point how Talia is working at Luthorcorp can be explained in a Superman movie.) During every event the same mysterious hooded figure is seen
observing things.
Tommy Elliot is killed during a robbery. Nightwing and Darke can play minor roles here as per the series. In the End of the movie Batman confesses his love and identity to Selena.

Hush Part 3: The 2nd half of Hush can take place here tied in with some other storyline. For me it is Under the Red Hood. Edward Nigma’s role can be established during 1st or 2nd movie with a minor role. Jason Todd coming back as Red Hood thanks to Ra’s Al Ghul and him being pissed off at The Riddler because he used his Lazarus Pitt. In the end part of the movie Hush comes into the scene and getting into a major fight scene. Later Batman and Catwoman kinda break up until things become clear between them.

For me Hush figuring out Batman’s identity is more important than Riddler’s role so if I were the director/ script writer I’ll keep Nigma away from the story or changing story in some parts. What do you think?

No single event should ever be made into a full-blown trilogy. The Pheonix Saga, yes, but it only worked because there were other elements in the X-Men films. I want something completely original for the next Batman movie.

Wait, where did Batman get Jason Todd from?

Jason is only effective in "Hush" as someone that Batman lost, it is why Clayface assumed that form. So really, Jason could be substituted with anyone.

I think the trouble with making a Hush trilogy would be probably the same issue people took with the Green Goblin having so much importance in the Raimi series, or even going back to Lex Luthor being featured in 4 out of 6 Superman movies. It gets tired after awhile for people who just DON'T care about Tommy.

Personally, I love "Hush", and alongside "The Long Halloween", it is my favorite Jeph Loeb story - the two are probably my favorite Batman stories... it wouldn't translate all that well without being condensed. The filmmakers would be counting on a big shock when Batman finds out that the man in the bandages who quotes Aristotle and has been manipulating him over the course of three movies... is his childhood friend. Half the audience will have already figured it out (and that half is made up of the ones who don't know a thing about Tommy).

I know some will remark that introducing someone from Bruce's past so suddenly is a wrong move, but it seemed to work just fine with Rachel Dawes, AND she was an OC.

i guess i'm the only one who thought hush was just 'meh' at best. don't know if i would want to see it as a film. that story felt more like a cluster fvck. but that's simply my personal opinon.

i don't think it would work as a movie or a trilogy honestly. but i wouldn't mind seeing a seedy, gritty crime noir with batman as the lead..so with that being said, i wouldn't mind broken city being adapted to film.

So you just want to basically see the same story line that you saw in the comics and not something new and unexpected?
What´s the problem with fanboys?
Am I the only one that gets excited to see a new take on a character(as long as it´s well done)?

it's no different from adapting novels or other stories. if the story works, then why change it? besides, there are rarely any CBMs that follow books word for word. They take inspiration from books yes, but no movie every really tries to get as close to the panels as possible (aside from Sin City and 300 i guess).
you'll still get a new take on a character with influence or adaptations of books. the dark knight trilogy was heavily influenced by many different batman stories like year one, the man who falls, long halloween, dark victory, the killing joke, knightfall, no mans land, and the dark knight returns. after all of that influence from "the same story line" gave us some very good movies (regardless of where you fall on the nolan series, they have been praised heavily by the general public).

Yeah, that sounds about right. Wouldn't have to freak out about being GROUNDED in whatever director/producer/writer's established world's varying rules of reality and Batman would be liberated. I like.

Am I the only one who wants a detective type movie for batman? Personally I think what Snyder is doing would make for a fantastic movie. Start with the court of owls. Not only it isn't a villain that gas been beat to death thousands of times but it would also boost sales for the new 52. Which isn't as bad as most "fanboys" are making it out to be.

What ever they decide to do They need to make sure and stop with the origin stories for all these heroes now. We know how Bruce became batman, Clark into sup. Just move on already.
