I heard about the rumours of Warner Brothers planning to make a new Batman TV series to Reintroduce the Joker. here are my ideas.
My idea for the Batman tv series is that it should be set in Britain and produced by the BBC and Warner Brothers, and the Executive producers should be Doctor Who producers Steven Moffat and Julie Gardner(Pictured Below). The format for the Batman TV series should be simular to Doctor Who facing different villans each episode with a story arc each series.
and now for the casting
First Appearence in Series 1
Jeremy Edwards (Holby City, Hollyoaks) as Batman/ Bruce Wayne- Jeremy Edwards would do brillianty as Bruce Wayne as he acts just like Christian Bale
Colin Morgan (Merlin) as Robin/ Dick Grayson- makes his first appearence in series 3 which focuses on Dick Grayson becoming Robin. As Colin Morgan has done well as the young Merlin, so I think Colin Morgan would make a brilliant Robin.
Larry Lamb (Gavin And Stacey, EastEnders) or Richard Wilson (One Foot in the Grave) as Alfred Pennyworth- I think either of these actors would make brilliant Alfred Pennyworths.
Philip Glenister (Life On Mars, Ashes To Ashes) as Lieutenent James Gordon- I thought Philip Glenister portrayed brilliant detectives in the Past, so i think he would make a brilliant James Gordon.
Danny John Jules (Red Dwarf) as Lucius Fox- I think Danny would make a good and funny Lucius Fox.
Jemima Rooper (Hex) or Zoe Tapper (Survivors) as Victoria Pond- Victoria Ponds is what Rachel Dawes is to Christopher Nolan, Victoria Pond is named afer Doctor Who companion Amy Pond. she is based on Rachel Dawes and only appears in series 1 as she dies in The Two Parter "The Evil Of the Joker", she is in the beginning a love interest of Bruce Wayne, but in "The Evil Of The Joker" she is the Love Interest of Harvey Dent.
Chloe Annett (Red Dwarf) as BatGirl- first appears in series 1 in the finale after Victoria Pond dies to try and cheer up Bruce Wayne, in the series 2 finale she is paralyzed by the Joker and becmes Oracle to form the spin off series Birds of Prey. i think the Girl who portrayed Kochanski in Red Dwarf would make a sexy Batgirl
Steve Pemberton (League Of Gentlemen) as Harvey Bullock- Steve Pemberton has everything to become Harvey Bullock.
Laila Rouass (Footballers Wives) as Nazima Begum- The British version of Renee Montoya, as Renee Montoya is Hispanic and we do not have many Hispanic people in England, I think she should be of Indian or Paksitani descent.
Julian Bleach (Doctor Who) as the Joker- my take of the Jokers origins is that he was originally a young jewish Child at Aushwitz who was a victim of cruel Nazi experiments like implementing him with a disease which destroys his pigment, plus the Nazis costantly punished him By gassing him with fear toxin (Which would be later used by Scarecow (see Scarecrow section)), shouting at him, beating him up for making mistakes, The boy who would become the Joker was eventually locked in a dark room in Aushwitz constanly gassing fear toxin in the room to drive him to Insanity. When Aushwitz was liberated, the allied soldiers found the Young Jewish boy in a dark room already showing Joker like traits like his crazy laughter and his pale white albino skin as a result of the pigment destroying disease that the Nazi scientists gave him. He was then sent to an orphanage, during his time their he became sadistic interests (e.g killing bugs and doing cruel jokes to other children), when he left the orphanage, he dyed his hair green and donned cheap blood red lipstick, a little Black or Grey makeup around his eye and the Jokers trademark blue costume to finalizing his transformaton to the Joker. He immediatly then raped a young girl and sadistically killed her, and finally was sent to Arkham Asylum. The Joker is first mentioned in a Year One style ending in the End Of the Two parter The Beast Of Arkham when James Gordon reveals to Batman that a criminal that "calls himself the Joker" has escaped from Arkham due to Jonathan Cranes/Scarecrows and Hugo Stranges plan to overthrow England by using Killer Croc who destroyed part of Arkham allowing the Joker to Escape, the Joker then makes his first appearence in series 1 2 parter episode The Evil Of The Joker, plays a bigger part in series 2 in which in the series 2 finale he is seddated goes into static freezing by the police, he then reappears in series 4 when he is taken out of static freezing by Harley Quinn. I Think Julian Bleach who played the jokeresque Nightmare Man in the Doctor Who spin off Sarah Jane Adventures owes the part for the Joker and he should play the Joker a simular way he did for the Nightmare Man in Sarah Jane Adventures with a hint a of Heath Ledgers Joker.
Julian Bleach as the Nightmare Man in Sarah Jane Adventures, The Joker in this Batman should look like this, except with dyed green hair, blood red lipstick and makeup all over his skin.
Anthony Head (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) as Ra's Al Ghul/ Henri Ducard- This Ra's should be a combination of the Ra's from Batman Begins and the one from the comics, he is the main villan of series 1, in the first episode he assumes the Alter Ego Henri Ducard snd trains Bruce Wayne like in the Beginning of Batman Begins, and finally appearing in the series 1 finale revealing himself to be behind the events of series 1, when he is killed by Batman, he is resurrected in the end of series 3 by Talia Al Ghul in The Lazarus Pit(In this Batman villans are not killed off, like in Doctor Who, the villans always come back). Anthony Head owns Ra's Al Ghul.
Gareth David Lloyd (Torchwood) as Scarecrow/ Dr Jonathan Crane- This Jonathan Crane would be a Intern in Arkham who has learnt to make his fear toxin from former Nazi scientist Hugo Strange (see Hugo Strange section). he makes his appearence in the series 1 episode "The Beast Of Arkham" when he along with Former Nazi scientist uses Killer Croc in Arkham Asylum to destroy Parliment, so that Hugo Strange can take over and finish Hitlers work.
Roger Lloyd Pack (Only Fools And Horses) or Murray Melvin (Torchwood) as Hugo Strange- This version of Hugo Strange will be a former Nazi scientist working with Jonathan Crane/ Scarecrow and working with Crane to help overthrow Parliment by using Killer Croc to destroy Parliment. Who could play him better than Roger Lloyd pack watch him as John Lumic creator of the Cybermen in Doctor Who and you will see why. I Think Murray Melvin also owes a part to Hugo Strange as he looks just like him and portrayed Dark characters like the Satan Worshipping Bilis Manger in Torchwood.
Goldie as Killer Croc- Makes his first appearence in series one two parter The Beast Of Arkham, where he is used by Hugo Strange and Scarecrow to overthrow the government. Goldie look just like that he will transform to a giant monster.
James Nesbitt (Coldfeet) as Harvey Two Face-Makes his first Appearence in Series 1 two parter "The Evil Of The Joker" when he becomes a candidate to become Prime Minister of England, after Victoris a Pond was Muredered and half of his face was scarred by the Joker's Acid flower, he becomes Two Face terrorising London in the Series one episode "The Dark Victory", after Harveys Supposed death in the Same Episode Batman is then hunted down by the police (Batman then clears is name in the series 1 finale where he defeats Ra's Al Ghul), Two Face returns in Series 3 episode Face Off. Watch James Nesbitt in Jekyll and you will see why he should play Two Face
Marc Warren (Hustler) as Victor Zsasz- first appears in the series 1 finale when he works for the Riddler/ Edward Nigma to frame Batman.
John Simm (Life On Mars, Doctor Who) as Edward Nigma/ The Riddler-The Riddler first makes his appearence in the End of series one as a pawn of Ra's Al Ghul and the League of Shadows to destroy London, playing a Harold Saxon like role as Prime Minister of England after the supposed death of Harvey Dent/ Two Face and reappears in the Middle of series 3. David Tennent who played the Doctor in Doctor Who was rumoured to play the Riddler. John Simm played The Doctors evil counterpart The Master, so i think John Simm would make a better Riddler that Tennant and John Simm should play the Riddler a simular way he did for The Master in Doctor Who.
Mackenzie Crook (The Office) as Joe Chill- like the one in The Nolan series of Batman, it would be him who murdered Bruce Waynes Parents. Joe Chill only appears in the beginning of series 1. Mackenzie Crook looks just like Joe Chill.
Matt Smith (Doctor Who) as The Mad Hatter- makes his first appearence in series 2 episode March Of The Penguin. Matt Smith would do a brilliant Mad Hatter, this Mad Hatter should be a combination of the 11th Doctor and Heath Ledgers Joker
David Suchet (Poirot) as Oswald Cobblepot/ the Penguin- Makes his first appearence in series 2, he appears as an obease man with a pointed nose and a weapons dealer for the Mob , and works with Black Mask, Mad Hatter and Ventriloquist to hunt down Batman in the Two Parter "March Of The Penguin".
Chris Barrie (Red Dwarf) as Arnold Wesker/ Ventriloquist- makes his first appearence in series 2 episode March Of The Penguin. I think Chris Barrie would do a brilliant Ventriloquist, Don't forget Mr Flibble!
Robert Llewellyn (Red Dwarf) as Roman Sionis/ Black Mask- he makes his first appearence in series 2 episode 1 The With The Burn Mask. This Black Mask will not be a man with a Skull Mask Burnt onto his face, This Black Mask will be more based in the Doctor Who villan Sharaz Jek who wears a Leather Mask to hide his Burnt Face.

Rita Simons (EastEnders) as Harley Quinn- She makes her first appearence in series Two 2 parter episode "The Bride Of The Joker" where she helps the Joker Escape Arkham. I think this sexy Blonde EastEnders actress has everything to portray Harley Quinn standing next to Julian Bleach's Joker. Without makeup Harley Quinn looks just like Rita Simons.
Freema Agyeman (Doctor Who)as Selina Kyle/ Catwoman- makes her first appearence in series 3
Karen Gillan (Doctor Who) as Poison Ivy/ Pamela Isley- makes her first appearence in series 3k If anyone can play Poison Ivy, it is the sexy red head companion from Doctor Who Amy Pond, she has everything to portray Poison Ivy.
Kara Tointon (EastEnders) as Talia Al Ghul- She makes her first appearence in the first episode of series 3 and in the series 3 Finale when she resurrects Ra's al Ghul.
Peter Capaldi (The Thick Of It) as Sal Maroni
John Challis (Only Fools and Horses) as Carmoine Falcone
George Costigan as Mr Freeze- Makes his first appearence in series 4
Matt Lucas (Little Britain) as Egghead- Matt Lucas would make a brilliant Egghead, no make up is needed for him.
