One of my creations...

I had an idea of creating these Heroes and I thought I'd share them with you. I don't have a full story, I'm already working on another, but maybe someday when I have the time.

So here's the Premise: In an age of Heroes young and old, active and retired, many Superheroes around the world continue to use their abilities to save those in need. But when the world's villains return from their Dimensional Prision with many exiled Monsters, Alien Hostiles, and Mutants the Heroes find themselves outnumbered. Many of the well-known Superheroes are killed, forcing many unknown Heroes, young and old, acitive and retired, to make one final push and stop the seemingly unwinable threat.

Here are the main characters:

PRIME

*A Hero once known as one of the greatest Heroes on earth, must come out of retirement and step up to combat this new threat that threatens the entire world.
*His powers are Superhuman Stregnth, Speed, and Stamina.

VOLAR

*The youngest of a family of Superheroes, Volar must rise as leader of an unlikely group of Heroes and show the world what he's made of.
*His powers are Flight and Superhuman Stregnth.

MOMENTUM

*Momentum lived in a neighborhood that believed no one would ever amount to anything special. No one in that neighborhood believed in greatness or destiny, except for Momentum. Now, given the circumstances, Momentum fights for her family and hopes to show them what she can do.
*Her power is Superspeed.

EIDOLON

*Born on another world. Feared by humans, Accepted by the fellow Heroes. Now is Eidolon's chance to show the world he's more than just a monster.
*His powers are Flight, Stregnth, Invisibilty, Tornado Projection.

RISING STAR

*The only girl in a family of four young brothers, a father, and no mother. This self-sacrificing young woman must make the ultimate sacrifice to save those she loves.
*Her powers are Flight and Light Projection.

CENTER EYE

*Told he has an untreatable and fatal disease that will ultimately kill him in two years, Center Eye has decided to live life on the edge. And what better way than to be a Superhero. Now, with the present threat, Center Eye is ready to meet death in the face.
*His powers are Agility, and the Abilty to NEVER Miss a Target.

So there you have it. I hope you guys enjoyed this.
I will be back soon with a new story and new characters, one I have been working on my entire life.

Also, if you guys really liked this, tell me who's your favorite and least favorite characters and why. Just want to hear your guy's thoughts. It could help me out when I finally decide to write this.

Until then...

It's a good start to what looks like a fun project. Although, I must say that the super powers could use a bit of development. Have a look at this link:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_superhuman_features_and_abilities_in_fiction

This list might help you consider branching out from traditional powers. All you have to do is pick from the list and make sure your final list creates a well balanced team.

Then, take a look at your team and ask how their gifts could be used together

Mrmo416: well thanks for the help, appreciate it. When I make my next story I'll be giving my characters more indivual powers. In this story not all of the characters will be together. Most of them will be on their own or with someone else.

What program did you use to create the pictures? Or did you do them yourself? Either way impressive stuff!

@Frogman: If you look below the "Disclaimer" content you will see the link for HeroMachine.com

@Hamm3rtym3: It is in some ways a cheap knockoff(Like Big Daddy is a almost a knockoff of Batman and Nemesis is a knockoff of Batman and Joker). I never expected anything less. But when I tell my other story, it won't feel like any knockoffs.

ah yes, I see that now, I wasn't very observant when I first read this. Favourite is Center Eye because of his costume and that his powers are different to the rest, least favourite is Prime, he just seems like the generic hero that we always see and the others seem slightly more original. Still I'm sure when worked into the story it wouldn't matter so much. The premise sounds intriguing.

@Frogman: Yeah, I made Prime to be the Superman-like character that everyone used to idolize, sort of a
Night Owl I Retired type of Hero that always fought old school, that always believed in the All-American Way. Many stories have those kind of heroes. And since this was one story that I wanted to play around with, have fun with, I decided to make Prime.
