Garrett Hedlund Offered Lead Role In WB's PAN
That lead would not be PETER Pan, but his eventual nemesis Captain Hook. Anyway, according to Deadline the role is the Tron: Legacy actor's if he wants it. Read on to find out who else was in the mix.
We know Hugh Jackman will play the villainous Blackbeard, but now Deadline report that Warner Bros. and director Joe Wright may have found their "Hook". It seems Garrett Hedlund has been offered the role, although the site make no indication as to whether he's accepted or not. They also mention that Boardwalk Empire‘s Jack Huston and The Perks Of Being A Wallflower's Ezra Miller were also being considered. The script was written by Jason Fuchs and will be produced by Greg Berlanti. We recently found out that Pan took Man Of Steel 2's original release date of July 17, 2015.
