The first part of the last chapter in the Harry Potter films has been given an official PG-13 rating.

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part I is based on the seventh and final of the Harry Potter novels written by British author J. K. Rowling. The book was released on 21 July 2007, ending the series that began in 1997 with the publication of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. Keep in mind that this is just the first part of the final book!

Of course it would get a PG-13 rating. They want to get lots of money and they can't if it get any higher than a PG-13.
