Happy holidays, everyone! I don't know what you do or don't celebrate, so I'm being as broad as possible in fear of pissing anyone off. Does anybody really want a pissing contest in the comments section? God knows I don't. That's for damn sure.
Anyway, I've been at this armchair producer stuff for a good while now, and I think I'm pretty good at it. So far, I've added onto the ever-expanding Marvel Cinematic Universe with my trilogy of Phase Four X-Men series pitches, said "Screw you!" to the DC Extended Universe's canon and soft rebooted it with the loosely-related DCEU Rebirth series, and baited any unsuspecting loiterers with Phase One the Red Letter Media Cinematic Universe. So far, these are the pitches I've completed in order of publishing. Visit my profile to check out any ones you missed or find yourself interested in!

Again, to anybody interested, be sure to check out my profile for each. But now, in the spirit of the holidays, and due to my laziness after a week of ridiculous shifts at work, I figured I'd put up my updated slate of upcoming pitches.
First, I'm finishing up some my ideas for Phase Four films in the MCU. Some tie into the larger universe canon, some dwell amongst the expanding filmography of Netlfix originals, and others are just plain weird. So, here goes nothing.
L E G I O N : S E A S O N T W O
After seemingly defeating the parasitic Shadow King (Aubrey Plaza), David Haller (Dan Stevens) is kidnapped by a secret society that calls themselves the Hellfire Club. The Club perform gruelling physical and psychological experiments on David that push the limits of his abilities and attempt to unlock his full potential for their own ends. Feeling David's distress through a psychic connection, Charles Xavier (John Hawkes) reaches out to the Summerland gang with hopes of breaking his son free. Meanwhile, Division 3 attempt to locate Oliver Bird (Jemaine Clement), the current host of the Shadow King with the imprisoned Jason Wyngarde (Jordan Peele), who may have unknown connections to the Shadow King's creator, Amahl Farouk.

Peter Parker (Tom Holland) has come into his own as a superhero following the defeat of Thanos. But the emergence of the ever-threatening Morlun (Doug Jones) forces Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) to intervene. Their pursuit of the dimension-hopping entity exposes Peter to a world that transcends everything he has come to know. The young hero encounters Spider-Men from other realities, including a Peter Parker who heads a Stark Industries-like company (Tobey Maguire), a Peter Parker whose tactics have gotten more violent in the wake of his girlfriend's death (Andrew Garfield), and an Afro-Latino teen named Miles (Chosen Jacobs) who took up the mantle after the death of his universe's Spider-Man. Peter must unite the diverse cast of Spider-Men in hopes to stop Morlun from reaching his goal and save the multiverse.

Luke Cage (Mike Colter) and Danny Rand (Finn Jones), inspired by Daredevil's self-sacrifice, enter business together as a crime-fighting duo that patrol the streets of Harlem. However, local residents have taken issue with the Iron Fist's presence within the city, seeing it as an unneeded intervention by an outside party. Community organizer and noted radical Dontrell "Cockroach" Hamilton (Chris Rock) further fans the flames of civil unrest that drive a wedge between the team. Now divided, Luke works against both the protests and Danny to take down the expanding criminal empire of the elusive Cheshire (Lance Reddick), while Danny tries to get through to the young Victor Alvarez (DeRon Horton), a henchman of the nefarious crime boss and possesor of abilities similar to both Luke and Danny.
F A N T A S T I C F O U R
In the 1960's, hotshot scientist and ceritifed genius Reed Richards (Ron Livingston) accidentally enters a wormhole that sends him and fellow crewmates Sue Storm (Taylor Schilling), Johnny Storm (Sam Claflin), and Ben Grimm (Jason Sudeikis) into the 21st century. Though Reed works with SHIELD and Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) to get them back home, the other three find elements of the new decade that make them question if the past was all that wonderful in the first place. Meanwhile, disgruntled SHIELD agent Philip Masters (Michael Zegen), untrusting of new superhumans after the fallout of Thanos' war on Earth, enacts a scheme to bring the four into the spotlight and slowly defame them to the point of their departure, as well as the creation of a new supervillain in SHIELD scientist Arthur Elder (Macon Blair).
S Q U A D R O N S U P R E M E
The Squadron Supreme, a retired superhero team who quit after their brand was commercialized in the 80's, is called back into action by General Gabriel Jones (Danny Glover), who discloses the arrival of an alien calling himself Hyperion (John Krasinski) on Earth, presumably because the Avengers are off doing a more exciting, cinematic job somewhere else. Led by the grizzled Nighthawk (Jason Bateman), the team once again puts on their super-suits to reign in Hyperion, being sure to work as discreetly as possible to avoid corporate capitalization on their revival. Being informed of the return of the Squadrom Supreme by the cunning Mephisto (Martin Scorsese), charismatic studio head Martin Preston (Larry David) attempts to purchase the rights to the team from their stubborn creator (Mel Brooks).
So, what are we thinking? Pretty good? Well, after I finish up the last on my MCU pitches, there's still one more pitch to wrap up Phase One of DCEU Rebirth. And that pitch is...
B A T M A N : K N I G H T F A L L
Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck), the disgraced former Batman, lives in hiding while Gotham falls to shambles. The Joker's (Jared Leto) gang terrorizes citizens, and anarchists like Lonnie Machin (Paul Dano) vent their frustrations with the GCPD and Batman's failures through violence. Catwoman (Rosamund Pike) and the Guardian (Jason Mitchell) try to keep order within the chaotic city, but fail. Angered at the loss of a friend to what he believes to be Batman's actions, Harvey Bullock (Brady Corbet) hires the terrorist known only as Bane (Javier Bardem) to lure Batman out of hiding, which he does by establishing a fascistic stranglehold on Gotham City. No longer able to sit back and watch his city fall, Bruce Wayne dons the cape and cowl one last time to protect the place he holds most dear to himself, and confront the calculating Bane in his last stand as Gotham's defender.
After the DCEU Rebirth Phase One finale comes anintermission period where I give my idea for a nerd culture film that isn't a CBM so you have that to look forward to as well!
So, are there any of these you're looking forward to? Any Marvel pitches you're disappointed I didn't get to? As always, remember to leave your comments down below, and be sure to like and share the article!
Happy early New Year's, by the way. I'd be sure to say it on the 31st like a normal person, but I've got movie sign! Cheers!
