Genre actor Christopher Lambert, star of such films as "Greystoke: Legend of Tarzan, Lord of the Apes" and several "Highlander" films, has joined the cast and crew of Warner Brothers CATWOMAN. Headlining this much-anticipated 2004 summer flick will be two of the hottest screen sirens around: Halle Berry and Sharon Stone. THE HULK'S Josh Lucas is expected to join the cast any day now as Berry's love interest.

France's CanalPlus Television was the first to break the news in early-August that Stone and Lambert were being wooed for roles in the cat pic. Although the script is being kept closely guarded, what is known is that Berry will play plain-jane, mousy Patience Price who, according to circumstance, is transformed into the vengeful Catwoman.

Stone will square off as the villainess of a large cosmetics company, accompanied by her husband, played by Lambert.
