Here's some (actual) concrete news when regarding Doctor Who. Film Review Online released an interview with Steven Moffat. When asked about the 12th Doctor's costume he said
"In the next few days I would think. It's just the first time we hit daylight with it, and then it will be out"
Since they are currently filming Doctor Who right now I bet 5 Pounds that we will have a first look at Peter Capaldi's Doctor Tuesday or Wednesday hopefully. While we don't have Peter Capaldi's full costume yet I hope it will look really good :D
One last thing..I am the only one who thinks this is the cutest thing ever.

The Doctor and Clara travel to Pompeii to try and solve the mystery of his latest incarnation. The episode sees the return of the Pyrovile and fan favourite who appears in a cameo.

The Doctors quest to find Gallifrey is over.
8.12 'Master and Commander (rumoured)'
The return of the Master and consequently the Time lords. Its believed the Master is now the president and will be played by esteemed british actor Charles Dance.
