Andrew Garfield And Emma Stone Use The Paparazzi For Good

Well, it seems like the paparazzi can be useful after all! Recently, Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone were eating breakfast in New York City, when they noticed the paparazzi waiting outside. They took this opportunity to spread the word about local organizations! Hit the jump!

Yesterday morning, the real-life couple were eating breakfast in New York City, when they noticed the paparazzi outside. They used this as an opportunity to help organizations by writing notes as the paparazzi took pictures.

Stone's read:

“Good morning! We were eating and saw a group of guys with cameras outside. And so we thought, let’s try this again. We don’t need the attention, but these wonderful organizations do —>”

Garfield's read:

www.youthmentoring.org, www.autismspeaks.org, (and don’t forget) www.wwo.org, www.gildasclubnyc.org. Here’s to the stuff that matters. Have a great day!”

The Huffington Post has more info about these charities:

"The couple’s signs include links to the Youth Mentoring Connection, a nonprofit that provides worksite and community mentoring for teens, and Autism Speaks, an advocacy organization that sponsors autism research, awareness and outreach."
"Garfield wrote “don’t forget,” on his card before listing the other websites as a reference to the first time the couple pulled off this clever stunt. Back in September 2012, the couple realized they were being photographed and quickly scribbled down messages advocating for Gilda’s Club, which supports those living with cancer, and Worldwide Orphans Foundation, which provides healthcare and education to orphaned children."

Very nice. DrDoom won't like this :) Maybe now celebrities can learn a little from this and do a little good. Does this make you guys respect Andrew Garfield more? (Well, I know Doom's gonna Doom up the place) Sound off in the usual place!

Garfield is a great Spider-Man. Too bad that Sony doesn't know what they are doing.

Man, it is really hard to stay mad at these two. (Of course, it's not their fault the movie sucked, but Columbia Pictures doesn't have a face.)

Compare this to Alec Baldwin, who is very easy to hate.

Every time I click on articles with Andrew and Emma's name on them, I always start to ask myself when will Spider-man go back to Marvel so they can reboot it again and choose more connectable casts. Honestly have no idea why anybody thinks Andrew is a perfect fit for this role. He's so overrated that it's not even funny. If you're going to make a decent or good Spider-man movie, at least get the casts right first before worrying about who the director and writers are. Andrew's arrogant Peter Parker and douche bag Spider-man will only lead to me wishing him he was recasted even more. He's one BIG flaw in this film.
