Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse swings into theaters this June, and Sony Pictures has just dropped a series of logos for the sequel's lead spider-heroes.

While the movie will feature almost countless Spider-Man Variants, we're assuming this lot will be the main focus of the follow-up. Considering the fact they've been highlighted in trailers and merchandise for the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse sequel, we probably shouldn't be surprised, and this is an undeniably exciting group of characters.

So, who do each of these logos belong to?

We've done our best to identify them and believe you're looking at Spider-Man (Miles Morales), Spider-Gwen (Gwen Stacy), Spider-Man 2099 (Miguel O'Hara), Spider-Woman (Jessica Drew), Spider-Man India (Pavitr Prabhakar), Spider-Punk (Hobart Brown), Scarlet Spider (Ben Reilly), Cyborg Spider-Woman, and Spider-Byte (Margo).

Neither Marvel Studios nor Sony Pictures appear to have considered attempting to adapt The Clone Saga, so we do wonder whether Ben's presence here could eventually open the door to that.

Take a closer look at Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse's logos below.

In Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, after reuniting with Gwen Stacy, Brooklyn’s full-time, friendly neighborhood Spider-Man is catapulted across the Multiverse, where he encounters a team of Spider-People charged with protecting its very existence.

However, when the heroes clash on how to handle a new threat, Miles finds himself pitted against the other Spiders and must redefine what it means to be a hero so he can save the people he loves most.

While lots of rumours are swirling, in terms of confirmed cast members, the movie will star Shameik Moore, Hailee Steinfeld. Jake Johnson, Issa Rae, Daniel Kaluuya, Jason Schwartzman, Brian Tyree Henry, Luna Lauren Velez, Greta Lee, Rachel Dratch, Jorma Taccone, Shea Whigham, and Oscar Isaac.

Written by Phil Lord & Christopher Miller and David Callaham, and directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers, Justin K. Thompson, Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse swings into theaters on June 2, 2023.

Crossing my fingers for a Venom (May Parker) appearance in one of the next two movies.

Would be dope to see more comics artists involved like in the first one.

I'm not saying the movie will suck, before seeing it, but I would have much rather gotten standalone spin-offs for the various characters than another even bigger Spider-Verse crossover. Spider-Man is supposed to be a street-level character, I hate how meeting wacky multiverse variants of himself in a big scale adventures has become an "integral" element of the character in people's eyes and seeing a "Citadal of Ricks, but with Spider-Characters" in the trailer didn't get me excited.
