We're still waiting on a trailer for Spider-Man: No Way Home, and there was understandably a lot of disappointment that it didn't arrive on Tom Holland's birthday (Tuesday) as the rumour mill suggested.
Chances are it will be released sometime this month, especially if Sony Pictures is planning to have it play in theaters in front of Peter Rabbit 2 and F9: The Fast Saga. Unfortunately, it's just as likely the studio will hold off until later in the summer; it's a case of waiting and seeing until we hear something official.
In the meantime, we do have a spectacular fan-made poster (via @lodgiko) to share with you that unites the heroes and villains of all three Spider-Man movie franchises in an amazing way.
This is a dream scenario for the vast majority of fans, and while the rumour mill does point to the three Spider-Men teaming up to battle some sort of interdimensional Sinister Six, that hasn't been confirmed. Surprisingly, we haven't even had a single merchandise or promo art leak, so Marvel Studios must be doing a lot to keep everything about this threequel under wraps.
Even when we do get a trailer, it's worth noting that the decision could be made to keep bigger plans a secret until nearer the release (just look at how unrevealing those first official stills were).
Spider-Man: No Way Home is set to be released in theaters on December 17, 2021.
