You may recognize Patrick Tatopoulos' name as he has served as Production Designer on films such as Total Recall (2012), Live Free or Die Hard, Underworld: Evolution, and the soon to be released 300: Rise of an Empire. Not only that, the man is a jack of all trades behind the camera. Just check out his impressive resume on IMDB.
I'm not too familiar with the setup Raleigh has in Pontiac, but I wouldn't rule out the possibility that they will shoot some interiors on soundstages there. I'm still assuming that principal photography shall commence around February 2014 when they start filming in Detroit and at various locations around the state. Being a resident of the area, I'll bring you all news as soon as I can.
