Just who is the mysterious mo-cap actor spotted on the Man of Steel set last month? I for one don't think that this is simply a stand in for Michael Shannon. He's already been spotted in a mo-cap suit, and there's no reason to believe he'll "Hulk Out" so to speak and become a giant enemy for Superman to face. Instead, I believe that it's far more likely some sort of monstrous henchman, and looking back at the comments sections of past articles when this mo-cap man was first photographed, it's clear that Doomsday is the #1 choice with you guys. Of course, it seems like this villain would be better suited to being the ONLY one facing off against the Man of Steel in a movie, but who knows what director Zack Snyder has up his sleeves! Introducing Doomsday now may just be the perfect way of bringing him back in future for a full on brawl similar to that seen in "The Death Of Superman". So, do YOU want to see him in the upcoming movie? You know what to do...

Already got enough villians,maybe like an after credits thing he can appear for a second or two as a teaser for a second film,but I dont see how doomsday could be in a whole film,because he doesnt stop so the whole film would have to a big fight or you would have to go through a whole film until near the end so doomsday and and sups could fight without it being borin..hmm

NO NO NO NO NO. Use your head people. this is an origin story. supes is just learning how to use his powers. he wouldnt stand a chance. dont you wanna see an experienced, through the ringer Superman? one who knows how to fully use his powers.

Just imagine if joker was in Batman Begins? woulda been no fun. gotta save the epic villains for the sequel at least.

I'm kind of conflicted on that. I mean I think if it worked in a story that made Zod responsible for Doomsday's pure hatred for Superman then very possibly. But if not then give him his own movie so for now I gotta say give the own movie for him.

its too early to have him in the movie to many foes at once in the first super-man reboot is not a good idea right now it should be like that in the 3rd movie dont but everything on the first movie

It's not asking if you'd want to see Doomsday in a movie. It's asking if you'd want to see him in Man of Steel. No. It's way too early for that. Doomsday beat Superman to death, and I suspect in a film he would be beat within an inch of his life. Why would anyone want to see that story in the FIRST reboot film?

Doomsday is special for two things. 1) He's someone Superman can fight, and 2) He kills him.

As for 1, in this movie he's already fighting Zod, and as for 2, he's not dying. So what's the point?

If it is Doomsday, then I think Superman and Zod will team up to fight him. Superman will do it because he is Superman, and Zod will help because he doesn't want the people of earth dead he wants to rule.
