"This Is Your Sword" - Oliver/Al Sah-him (Stephen Amell) finishes his training and is left with two final tasks to become the next Ra’s al Ghul. These international promos spoil everything. I would hate to have these promos in the US.

Why is there only 2 Episodes left of Arrow but 3 left for Flash?

Also, doesn't Arrow appear in the Season Finale of Flash?

@bigdannymac

CW screwed them over one week by airing a new Arrow but no new Flash.

Yeah... lazy way for Iris to find out. I think I see Eddie dying to kill Wells, maybe to save Iris

If Arrow wants bigger ratings they need to make some big changes.

It might be best if each season did not stick strictly to the season long bad guy story. Reason

Reason; Every episode looks the same. Same people, same settings, same plot.

Shake up the cast. Bring in new people, lose old ones.

Reason; Only so many variations can be made with the same ingredients. And Arrow has been using the same ingredients for 3 years. It's exhausted.

Stop trying to be Nolan and stop with the Oliver can't have a life idea.

Reason; The Nolan thing is old news and Arrow's ratings prove it never worked. Confining Oliver to no life outside of vigilante drama cuts off many story ideas. A wanker hero is boring.

Lose the flashbacks.

Reason; They no longer tell us anything about his training. Now it's just boring solo adventures that interrupt the main story like commercials.

Create stories that will appeal to people who don't care about comics. That's the thing Nolan did, this show has never been able to do.

Reason; Stories about real world serial killers, rapists, corruption, racial problems, fake political messiahs like Obama and the Clintons are more interesting and relevant than the CW version of Firefly, Shrapnel and Count Vertigo. Besides, you can't please the fans with supervillains on a CW budget.
And stories inspired by headlines have far more drawing power than supervillain of the week and some jerks latest year long plot to destroy Starling City.

3 years, 3 season long plots to destroy Starling. This years plot is Ra's wants to unleash a virus on Starling. The show can still have a season long threat with stand alone stories. Only 1/4 or less need to be about the big bad.

@Snowbird It could have been done better, but I liked that she found out on her - it seems truer to her character.

I think it's safe to say that I disagree vehemently with Geekgurl's statements.

Arrow is a great show, for all the reasons they stated. Also, if you're looking for real world politics on a comic book TV show, then you're on for continual disappointment.

The fact is, the majority of viewers are quite pleased with Arrow. Just because it doesn't meet your outlandish standards, doesn't mean there's anything wrong with the show.
