In lieu of an episode promo, HBO has instead released an awesome new extended trailer for Damon Lindelof's Watchmen series, previewing some of what's to come for Angela Abraham in the weeks ahead.

After a thrilling premiere that ended in shocking fashion, HBO has released an awesome new extended trailer for Watchmen, which teases what's to come in the weeks ahead for our Angela Abraham (Regina King) and the rest of the heroes as they work to avenge Judd (Don Johnson) and stop the white supremacist terrorists. 


 
Episode 2: “Martial Feats of Comanche Horsemanship”
Debut date: SUNDAY, OCT. 27 (9:00–10:00 p.m.)

As Angela relives haunting memories of an attack on her family, she detains a mysterious man (Lou Gossett Jr.) who claims responsibility for Tulsa’s most recent murder. Elsewhere, an original play is performed for an audience of one.

Written by Damon Lindelof & Nick Cuse; directed by Nicole Kassell.


 
There is a vast and insidious conspiracy at play. #WatchmenHBO debuts this October.

From Damon Lindelof and set in an alternate history where masked vigilantes are treated as outlaws, this drama series embraces the nostalgia of the original groundbreaking graphic novel of the same name while attempting to break new ground of its own. The cast includes Regina King, Jeremy Irons, Don Johnson, Jean Smart, Tim Blake Nelson, Louis Gossett Jr., Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Hong Chau, Andrew Howard, Tom Mison, Frances Fisher, Jacob Ming-Trent, Sara Vickers, Dylan Schombing, and James Wolk.

Watchmen is based on the graphic novel co-created and illustrated by Dave Gibbons and published by DC.

I think Angela and Chief Judd Have been fooling around for years. Her kids were definitely mixed. Sad to see Rorschach’s message being misinterpreted and used so negatively

@Saintsinnister - One of the girls was fully white (except if I have a vision problem) and the other one didn't seem to be black either, or at least not fully black like her parents, so I'm guessing they are just adopted (right now I can't remember if there were any more kids besides the two girls).

@Saintsinnister - I don't think so. I think things are just flipped to where instead of an affluent white couple adopting black kids, it's an affluent black couple adopting white kids.

@Saintsinnister - all of those kids seemed adopted. When she was telling the story in the classroom she mentioned she was shot in her abdomen. My guess is she can’t have kids of her own and they adopted.
