She-Hulk: Attorney at Law episode 3 is now streaming on Disney+, and this week's instalment of the MCU-set comedy series featured a couple of big cameos, as well as the debut of a well-known supervillain team - even if they did look very different to their comic book counterparts!
In "The People Vs. Emil Blonsky," Jennifer Walters (Tatiana Maslany) manages to secure parole for her reformed(?) supervillain client (Tim Roth) by calling Wong (Benedict Wong) as a witness. The Sorcerer Supreme corroborates Blonsky's version of the events that led to their cage fight in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, and Emil goes free - on the condition that he never transforms in the Abomination again (we'll see how long that lasts).
Blonsky wasn't the only Marvel Comics baddie to show up, as Walters is jumped by members of The Wrecking Crew as she's walking to her car. Wrecker, Bulldozer, Piledriver and Thunderball have been reimagined as a group of weedy losers who got hold of some Asgardian tech and are attempting to steal She-Hulk's blood. Jen goes green and deals with the problem with ease.
As you may have heard (they didn't do a great job of keeping this one under wraps), the episode also included an appearance from none other than Hot Girl Meg herself, Megan Thee Stallion. The rapper appears in court during the trial of the hilariously misogynistic Dennis Bukowski (Drew Matthews), who Augustus “Pug” Pugliese (Josh Segarra) is defending. Bukowski was tricked into believing her was dating Stallion, when he was actually hooking up with a shape-shifting Asgardian elf!
Megan returns for the episode's post-credits scene, when she twerks with She-Hulk. Funny or cringe-city? You decide!
