I wonder if "Break the Bat" features in the story, as Bane talks about it in past tense in Asylum...thens leads to encounter with Ra's and the Assassins!? One of the 8 Assassins after Batman?

Enemies can now counter BATMAN?? There is NO such thing as countering Batman!!!

Looks way too much like Arkham City. I was hoping they would bring the gliding and grappling down a notch and focus more on parkour.

And wasn't the grapple boost a prototype in Arkham City. How does it exist in the prequal?

Arkham City was a huge step up from the already great Arkham Asylum. This looks too much of the same thing.

I'm actually very happy with how this looks. I know that the studio played it safe by making the game extremely similar to the previous two, but let's face it, that's what we all want. Little added things here and there are good additions but I'm VERY happy that they're keeping it as close to the previous games as possible. Smart move really. PS Anarky looks awesome, always wanted to see him in more media.

That remote claw looks useful and fun to play with?I wonder what other new gadgets they added?Also with the addition of the remote claw does that mean they took out the line launcher?

It looks exactly like Arkahm City. I agree with @GuardianAngel AC was a huge step from Arkham Asylum. I don't know how they gonna top Arkham City or make it bigger in Arkham Origins, this just looks like an expansion from Arkham City(same graphic too).

I don't care cause i'm gonna get this no matter what, no doubt. But there's 2 new Arkham games coming out luckily.

I wish there was a new way to grapple added to the rope pulling you up....like while your soaring in the air with the rope pulling you up you have a choice to swing on the rope like spiderman and go from gargoyl to gargoyl.....

It looks like a [frick]ing PS2 game. The graphics are inferior to those in Arkham City. They're not even making footprints in the snow

Looks a lot like Arkham City, which isn't BAD but isn't really moving the series forward. Prequels are kind of a cop out, I woulda loved to see it move forward and kinda go towards Dark Knight Returns Frank Miller status. That era Batman would be pretty cool and maybe throw some flashbacks of a younger Bats back in...but hey what do I know

I personally liked asylum more than city. I liked the claustrophobic and darker feel it had.

While I am still a little skeptical this does look good. The gameplay is familiar, the setting, and the atmosphere in general as well. I really hope this is good. Oh and that familiar voice actors will be returning especially Kevin Conroy.

i think this game will be good despite the changes but it seems like they need to add different moves because i recognize all the fighting from the other 2 games while i love it i wish there was more of a variety because seeing the same moves over and over gets boring.

Awesome, I hope it has a huge open world. And for the love of god stop having his cape torn up half way through the game it's really annoying, and this armor here is just to cool looking to get torn apart.

Agreed his armor looks a LOT more durable than the ones in the previous Arkham games!

I still love the downloadable costumes/armors...





PLEASSSSSSE give us the Armored Batman Costume for the 4th game... (if they make it) it'll add more to all the chaos that's going on!

Those Images are from Asylum, though. And the second one was a computer mod, not an actual skin. The BB looks way better in City over the Asylum fake one. Too bad they didnt include yhe armored addition as a dlc skin.

im skeptic about this game,i think they took the wrong approach,if this is a 2 year in career batman he should have less tech be all about physicality.
like he was portraited in the year one series.
it would ad a lot for the dificult and chalenge and make it up for mistakes like him having the grapling boost or the modern AC decoder before it was avaiable to him or having modern gadgets in the past that he doesnt use in the future.
plus imho the use of bane and joker is a mistake.it would be much more interesting if we had the "redhood affair" happening in this game and then at the end of the game the birth of the joker instead of having him already fully formed in the game.
