ANT-MAN AND THE WASP: QUANTUMANIA - Scott Lang Takes The Fight To Kang The Conqueror In Incredible New Trailer

The official trailer for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is finally here, and it's absolutely incredible as Scott Lang takes the fight to Kang the Conqueror! Plus, we have a new poster and stills too!

While Marvel Studios made us sit through three-quarters of Georgia's rout of TCU in the CFP National Championship to see the brand new trailer for Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, it looks like the wait was well worth it. The new trailer is all kinds of awesome, as Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) takes the fight to Kang the Conqueror (Jonathan Majors)!

The new trailer contains a considerably more dire tone than the initial teaser as the extended Lang/Pym family comes to quickly realize the full extent of the threat Kang's arrival poses to the multiverse at large. However, it looks like Scott will, at least initially, be willing to give him a chance, especially after he promises to return to him the time he lost with Cassie (Kathryn Newton) during the blip.

While the fallout of that decision will likely drive much of the story, the latest trailer seemingly reaffirms that the vast majority of the film will take place within the Quantum Realm as we see Team Ant-Man and the Wasp (Evangeline Lilly) get into all kinds of trouble at their most microscopic size.

Plus, if you look closely, you should be able to spot M.O.D.O.K., who does look suspiciously similar to the former Ant-Man actor that's been rumored to be playing him.

The cast features Paul Rudd (Scott Lang/Ant-Man), Evangeline Lilly (Hope van Dyne/Wasp), Michael Douglas (Hank Pym), Michelle Pfeiffer (Janet van Dyne), Kathryn Newton (Cassie Lang), Randall Park (Jimmy Woo), and Jonathan Majors (Kang the Conqueror).

Additionally, David Dastmalchian is now playing a character named Veb, while Katy O'Brian is Jentorra, William Jackson Harper is Quaz, and Bill Murray is Lord Krylar.

Check out the official trailer below:

Plus, here are new stills and the official theatrical poster:

Super-Hero partners Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Hope van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) return to continue their adventures as Ant-Man and the Wasp. Together, with Hope’s parents Janet van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer) and Hank Pym (Michael Douglas), and Scott’s daughter Cassie Lang (Kathryn Newton), the family finds themselves exploring the Quantum Realm, interacting with strange new creatures and embarking on an adventure that will push them beyond the limits of what they thought possible.

Directed by Peyton Reed and produced by Kevin Feige, p.g.a. and Stephen Broussard, p.g.a., “Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania” also stars Jonathan Majors as Kang, David Dastmalchian as Veb, Katy O'Brian as Jentorra, William Jackson Harper as Quaz and Bill Murray as Lord Krylar. The sci-fi adventure opens in theaters on Feb. 17, 2023.

@TheShellyMan - Probably the over-reliance on green screen. Its been a problem for Marvel productions lately. They just dont look cinematic. Some awesome shots, but its like watching a videogame cut scene sometimes.

Wow. That looks really impressive.

The first film has a special place in my heart for being so small scale and charming (plus at my age I can appreciate 2 fathers looking back on the mistakes they've made). It's interesting to take that foundation here - the regrets and sacrifices required. Plus it looks kinda weird, like Dr Strange 2.

Fingers crossed.

@AmazingFILMporg - How poetic is it that the flavor of the week gets to finish his trilogy the same year the DCEU dies a deserved death.

I would be very surprised if Ant-Man makes more than Aquaman.

Maybe I’m wrong but I don’t think I am. Aquaman has the higher ceiling imo.

The problem with all the DC films in 2023 is that they are all lame duck films.

I can enjoy a standalone film but that's the problem. All the DC films for 2023 were made with the intention of not being standalone. They were made for a bigger story. A piece to the puzzle. A shit puzzle but still🤡💁.

If they wrote and shot these films knowing it was the last films that would have been cool but that's not the case here

And I'm not supporting a film with amber heard😐....

This does look really good... but, is the premise really going to be Scott doing a supervillain's bidding just to get five years of his life with his daughter back? I mean, she's alive, they're together! Seems a bit flimsy.

@Itwasme - Even so, she's only 18! So he missed a few years of her childhood... they have the entire rest of their lives together. It would be one thing if she'd died and Kang promised to bring her back.
