New Details On Jonathan Majors Court Case May Spell Bad News For ANT-MAN 3 Star

Details on a lengthy filing ahead of Jonathan Majors' court appearance tomorrow have been shared online, and they do nothing to paint the Ant-Man 3 and Loki star in a more positive light...

Jonathan Majors is due back in court tomorrow for one of the final pre-trial hearings before the judge rules on whether to proceed with or dismiss the case, and some new details have now come to light that may spell bad news for the Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania and Loki star.

The Creed III actor was arrested in New York on March 25 when police responded to a 911 call. A 30-year-old woman, since named as then-girlfriend Grace Jabbari, alleged that she had been assaulted by Majors, with police noting that she had sustained minor injuries.

Majors appeared to score a "win" in the case back in June when he filed charges of his own against his alleged victim, but a report published shortly after presented more damning evidence that the MCU star has a history of abusive and toxic behaviour.

Majors is not on trial for any of those (alleged) instances, but a 115-page filing obtained by Variety would certainly appear to confirm his volatile nature.

"On March 25, [Majors] and then-girlfriend Grace Jabbari were taking a private car service from a Brooklyn party to their Chelsea apartment Jabbari, who worked as a movement coach alongside Majors on Disney’s Marvel tentpole Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania,” saw a text message on Majors’ phone that read, 'Wish I was kissing you right now.'

She allegedly took the phone out of his hands to see who sent the message. Majors then 'began grabbing the right side of Ms. Jabbari’s body and prying Ms. Jabbari’s right middle finger off the phone, causing bruising, swelling, and substantial pain.' The filing continues, saying that Majors 'then grabbed Ms. Jabbari’s arm and right hand and proceeded to twist Ms. Jabbari’s forearm, causing substantial pain to her finger and arm. The defendant then struck Ms. Jabbari’s right ear, causing a laceration to the back of her ear and substantial pain.'

After he retrieved his phone, Majors exited the vehicle and Jabbari attempted to follow the actor. That’s when 'the defendant grabbed her, picked her up, and threw her back inside … [and] sustained substantial pain, including a fractured finger, bruising about her body, a laceration behind her right ear, and a bump on her head.'"

The filing also alleges that Majors’ legal team "leaked and misrepresented court evidence, as well as attempted to have police create a wanted poster with Jabbari’s photo."

Majors has already been dropped from several high-profile projects, as well as his management company, Entertainment 360, and public relations team, The Lede Company. But Marvel Studios has yet to take any action or comment on the situation.

There are rumors that Kevin Feige and co. might be looking into potential Kang replacements, but Majors featured prominently in the most recent episode of Loki, and is expected to stick around for the remainder of the season.

How things proceed from here will likely depend on the outcome of the case.

Even if he somehow beats this, I don’t think we’ll see him again as Kang.

@AmazingFILMporg - You gonna pretend Depp didn't get dogpiled, years later he's made some recovery but that rep ain't going away. Despite what has come out, even after the public court hearing, some people are still to this day siding with that bed sh1tter.

@AmazingFILMporg

We don’t know what happened yet. I do know that his legal team has fumbled the ball enough times that I’m not sure you can trust them. We’ve practically only heard from them to this point. They doctored witness statements for the Rolling Stone article and those text messages they said exonerated Majors was sketchy as hell.

It’s a shame regardless. Pretty sure we’ll know tomorrow if it’s going to trial.

I'm not reading all that. BUT Since you did not include "found guilty" or "innocent" in the header then I'm gonna assume there is no news yet.

Even if proven innocent his image has already taken one hell of a beating, if he's innocent wish him nothing but the best.

So she took his property, and he decided to aggressively take it back.

While she shouldn't have taken his phone, the dude clearly has no chill and was willing to hurt her to hide his potential cheating. Clearly an emotional response that went badly.

@RedFury - yeah… I wish this wasn’t made public. Marvel’s downfall may be upon us. Sure, they guys replaceable - but this is definitely gonna add to the sour taste Marvels already been leaving fans with.
