It seems Bruce Banner survives Thanos arrival on the Asgardian refugee ship as the
Thor: Ragnarok end-credits scene revealed the Mad Titan's massive spacecraft, Sanctuary. As the first batch of images from the film revealed, it seems Loki saved himself and the ship's inhabitants by forking over an Infinity Stone that was previously contained in Odin's Vault.
Banner eventually arrives on Earth, seeking to warn everyone of Thanos' impending arrival and the threat he imposes, however, the Avengers still haven't mended fences from their
Captain America: Civil War dispute.
Ruffalo told a group of set visit reporters, "
Banner’s had a life changing experience in Thor: Ragnarok that makes him much more expressive and not so internalized. So it’s not combative but (The Avengers) are not so in-sync as they were… Plus, Banner doesn’t understand Civil War. He just doesn’t get it.”
Will Banner and the Hulk actually be the key peacekeeping agent that gets Cap and Iron Man to at least agree to put their differences aside for the time being? We'll find out when
Avengers: Infinity War opens on April 27.
