New Video Attempts To Explain Why Marvel Movies Are Better Than DC And It's All About The Action

In what's sure to be a controversial video among fans, one person attempts to explain what makes Marvel movies better than DC ones and it appears as if it ultimately all boils down to...action scenes?!

There appears to be a never-ending debate between Marvel and DC fans about which studio is responsible for the best films but one YouTuber has now shared some insight into why he believes Marvel Studios has the edge. Apparently, it has everything to do with the action scenes movies like Black Panther and Avengers: Infinity War deliver but what is the main difference between them?

In this compilation of clips, Evan Puschak explains that Marvel interrupting action sequences with dramatic pauses makes a huge difference and he also points out the disadvantages of the colouring, slow motion, and "ridiculous" camera angles which are commonplace in the majority of DC movies.

It goes without saying that this is, of course, just one man's opinion and he's clearly a Marvel fan so that may have skewed his take on matters somewhat. However, he does make a lot of valid points and I'm sure a lot of you will have something to say about his thoughts on whether or not Marvel action scenes really are better than the ones produced by DC and if that gives the studio an advantage!

They are only better than everything after Man of Steel and before Batman Begins and except for Superman Returns and Green Lantern .

@Forthas - you’re championing Nolan’s actions scenes? I actually thought they were the weakest part of his Batman films. To each their own, I suppose.

@Chewtoy - Most of the things in TDK-trilogy are great! But the action scenes are pretty awful... I mean, watching Batman struggling to wrestle a dog is pretty lame. Just compare it to the Warehouse scene in BvS

@Chewtoy - Absolutely! Nolans fight scenes had weight, whereas Marvel films (with the exception of Captain America) are cartoonish! Man of Steel was also somewhat cartoonish however (ironically) the destruction caused by the fights as well as the fairly tight special effects of Zack Snyder...it is heads above a lot of the Marvel films.
