Some of you have already seen Marvel's Captain America: The Winter Soldier in theaters, or are waiting to book your tickets to the film, which will hit theaters in America on April 4. But one thing we don't know yet, is just how much would it cost to be Cap? Watch the latest from MOVIECLIPS Trailers to find out! (Hint: it's probably more than you expected!)

After the cataclysmic events in New York with The Avengers, Captain America: The Winter Soldier finds Steve Rogers, aka Captain America, living quietly in Washington, D.C. and trying to adjust to the modern world. But when a S.H.I.E.L.D. colleague comes under attack, Steve becomes embroiled in a web of intrigue that threatens to put the world at risk. Joining forces with the Black Widow, Captain America struggles to expose the ever-widening conspiracy while fighting off professional assassins sent to silence him at every turn. When the full scope of the villainous plot is revealed, Captain America and the Black Widow enlist the help of a new ally, the Falcon. However, they soon find themselves up against an unexpected and formidable enemy — the Winter Soldier.
Starring Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Cobie Smulders, Frank Grillo, Georges St-Pierre, Hayley Atwell, Toby Jones, Emily VanCamp and Maximiliano Hernández with Samuel L. Jackson and Robert Redford, the film is directed by the Anthony & Joe Russo from a screenplay written by Christopher Markus & Stephen McFeely and is based on the ever-popular Marvel comic book series, first published in 1941. Marvel Studios’ President Kevin Feige is producing the film. Captain America: The Winter Soldier" is set for release on April 4, 2014.

I've seen other sites do better versions of this that actually equate for all the training he would need at S.H.I.E.L.D and the variable life style that he would have to pursue. I believe their is even one that factors in how many shoes/clothes he would need to buy per week based on how much he runs.

Either way... not the best if we're going by comical movie in real life scenarios. Really could have been done better.

I don't think they paid 54 million for a shield that was just on some shelf. They probably mined it and everything, sure, but I doubt it would cost 54 million for something that they paid so little mind to.

Captain America's shield is a metal alloy, it's NOT solely a VIBRANIUM shield! Why have people been promoting that falsity?!
