"If [Nolan] is interested then I'm very interested. I think it would be lovely to see more of her but only if it's with the right people," Hathaway said. "She lives in this Gotham City and so it would have to be established by the people who have made this Gotham City. For me, at least."
Previously, Nolan himself has stated that he believes that Catwoman is deserving of her own spinoff film. Does his belief also contain a desire to personally see that happen? Likely not, as Nolan has stated that not only is he done with Batman but he's moving on from Gotham and all of these characters. But maybe Nolan can assume the role of producer and godfather the project as he is said to be doing on Man of Steel. Everything likely hinges on what Warner Bros. plans to do with the reboot. The ending of The Dark Knight Rises definitely left the door open for a 'soft reboot' similar to what occurred in The Incredible Hulk.

The Dark Knight Rises is an upcoming superhero film directed by Christopher Nolan, who co-wrote the screenplay with his brother Jonathan Nolan and the story with David S. Goyer. Based on the DC Comics character Batman, the film will be the third installment in Nolan's Batman film series, and is a sequel to Batman Begins (2005) and The Dark Knight (2008). The Dark Knight Rises is intended to be the conclusion of the series. It stars Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Gary Oldman, and Morgan Freeman. The film will take place eight years after the events of The Dark Knight and will introduce the characters of Selina Kyle and Bane—portrayed by Anne Hathaway and Tom Hardy, respectively—two villains from the Batman mythology.
