Agreed. I like the artwork. Forgot the artist's name, but it reminds me of the Batman Journey Into Knight maxi-series from 6-7 years ago.

There's a lot less racial slurs than I remember.

I like the art, except for the last panel, Candie looks crap. It's funny, a couple of the panels with Dr. Schultz make him look more like Robert DeNiro than Christoph Waltz.

@supermarioworldE

Good point. The writing seems more like a politically correct version of Tarantino's script.

They make a comic of this stupid remake but not the original Django with Franco Nero?

It wasn't a remake Ceejay. Queerantino's film has nothing to do with that Django other than stealing the theme song and that weird & pointless cameo from Nero. They couldn't be more different.

If you really wanted to put down Unchained you could accuse it of being a ripoff of Fred Williamson's badass-escaped-slave-turned-bount killer films from the 70's. (Legend of N!gger Charley, Soul of N!gger Charley and Boss N!gger.)

Franco Nero was dorky as hell. Fred Williamson is a badass.
