Some new action figures from DC Direct give us a good three dimensional look at Jim Lee's redesigned Justice League with close ups of Wonder Woman and Superman.

Toy News International(Via Bleeding Cool) was at the DC direct panel yesterday where they revealed that they are going to be doing some action figures based of the redesigned Justice League. The first photo is of the entire League and the other two are close ups of Wonder Woman and Superman.

UPDATE:Thanks to Toy News International we have an up close look at entire Justice League.









As of right now Batman will be part of series one(released in August of 2012) and Superman will be in series two(released November of 2012.

superman looks bad, I think WB wants superman to look like this in the comics so they can get away by making him look this way in the movie.

Superman's suit is f(rick)in awesome!!!!!! I hope to GOD that is what Snyder is planning on using in the movie. The Red Nut Huggers had to go!!!

Batman's redesign looks great, very minimal change, but it makes sense (the armoured/padded look). Hope Batman has a costume like that in a movie one day.

Still unsure on Superman's suit. The design was a classic, and didnt need changing. The new design doesnt look bad, but it's just not Superman really.

Im thinking the redesigns are basically concepts for future movie costumes. They want to know what the fans think, and all the successes will become movie costumes.

Ive just realised what I dislike about Superman's costume! It's like it's been Marvelized, this is how he'd look in the Marvel universe. Superman belongs to DC, and his old costume was a DC classic!

Wonder Woman: awesome modern day look. Sorry peoples, but the idea of WW running around in bootie shorts doesn't reflect that of a female hero.

Superman: awesome update, minus the red bootie shorts and showing more of a textured costume. Cool hair-do

Aquaman: still somewhat traditional costume but with a modern hairstyle

Green Lantern: could have really evolved the costume more. Despite the underwhelming GL movie, THAT costume was cool. Too bad they didn't incorporate some of the look with the DC relaunch.

Flash: Meh..ok.

Batman: No bad, no great. Just is.

DC figures are cheap. They use the same mold for males and females to cut cost and you can never pose in different positions, being that you can only move 4 joints.

Buy a Wonder Woman with the pants on while you're there. Considering they changed the costume, that would be an awesome collector's item.

I LOVE THEM! Batman looks badass as always, but I truly LOVE the new Superman costume. He looks more... imposing, more linked to royalty, which is good for the status of "man-god" that he have.
I like the idea of him having the "Kryptonian ceremonial armour". And it makes sense, because Superman is constantly fighting against things that destroy worlds, but not damage his suit! I hate that!
