This actually looks pretty funny for once. Sabretooth's hair is so 90's.

can we get one of the much-lauded officers to cpy+paste the article from newsarama about the "planet venom" as a CBM article. I don't feel like travelling waaaaaaaaaaaay over to another site to read it.

This tie-in has been pretty sucky. Him having a black daughter is kinda cool, but outside of that, this comic just isn't good. His infinite series "Dracula's Gauntlet" was good has hell. Maybe that just spoiled me for Deadpool content.

I kinda don't want him to have a movie like the comics if it'll be like this stuff.

Deadpool origins book was also good.

The 90s were a terrible time for comics just because of the art and everyone trying to capitalize on the "extreme" fad. Rob Liefeld is the perfect example.

Lmao I remember like 30 characters that had their hair style like Wolverine in the 90s

'90s were undeniably bad, generally speaking. But then there was Vertigo and such, on the flip side of things.

I love how this comic makes fun of the sensational and overly commercial side of the '90s whilst having a "3D motion cover" or whatever they call it.

Jollem@ Those are undeniable '90s classics, but that doesn't necessarily make them all good comics. In fact a lot of those (such as Spawn, Jim Lee's X-Men, Knightfall and The Death of Superman) were indeed classic examples of some of the worst elements of the decade. Having said that, I really did love all of those comics and enjoyed them so much at the time. But I did so, recognising that they were entirely driven by commerce and lacked in substance.

I think most people hate the 90's in retrospect.

As a kid I never realized the hate, till I got older. I personally adore the 60's charm at this moment in life.

Ha, I'm 25. I was born in '89, so the 90s was my f*cked up childhood, too.

That looks fargin' AWESOME! I love the lack of feet, the 90's Sabretooth is great, and Brian Posehn is an evil genius!

The post 1995 comics is when thing really went downhill, with the crossover multi-cover hologram #1 multi-title collectors issue crap. As soon as people who thought they could market comics like baseball cards started effecting the market, they screwed up comics so bad the ripples are still echoing 20 years later. As soon as the appearance of the comic superseded content, that's when we were bombarded with crap. And the less I say about Image Comics, the better, because I lay A LOT of fault at the feet of those guys for hobbling an industry I not only loved, but wanted to be a part of.

Deadpool has become such a parody. He's a complete joke. When's the last time any of us has bought a Deadpool comic looking for a good story? NOT LATELY.

90's comics had some weird and crazy stuff going on, but it was far better than this crap we got now. DC's new 52 and Marvel now is shit, we have less divers characters now than in the 90's. Creator owned comics was at the front which influenced creativity and not sales. Now we get gimmick after gimmick and retold stories.

@ManCalledSting

I like the Clone saga also. I would love to see a slim downed version adapted on the big screen.

Growing up in 90's is weird for me, since my taste differs from most comic fans now. I think Kyle Rayner is a awesome Green Lantern and Wally West is my preferred Flash. I also love the XTREMENESS of certain characters.

Good times.
