RAY DONOVAN And ATOMIC BLONDE Actor Eddie Marsan Reveals That He Has A Role In DEADPOOL 2

British actor Eddie Marsan has shared an image from the set of 20th Century Fox's currently shooting Deadpool sequel, revealing that he'll have a role in the Merc With a Mouth's next big-screen adventure.

Deadpool 2 recently recommenced filming after taking a short hiatus following the tragic death of stuntwoman Joi Harris, and the latest image from the set was actually shared by an actor we had no idea was a part of the cast.

Eddie Marsan (Sherlock Holmes, V for Vendetta, Ray Donovan) posted the below pic to his Twitter account, revealing that he has indeed joined the production - though we have no idea who he's playing. It's possible that it'll only be a minor supporting role, but even if that's the case, Marsan is an excellent addition to any cast.

We'll update if and when we find out any more details. Deadpool 2 is set to hit theaters next year.

Maybe a stretch but what if he's doing juggernaut? If the rumor about he guy in the colossus-style cg rig was legitimate (which would make sense if black Tom Cassidy is appearing) then what if marsan was doing the voice and face cgi'd in?

@EnnisFan - the guy in the mo-cap was Jack Kesy, who was originally reported to be playing Black Tom. I think THAT guy will be Juggernaut.

@Ryguy88 - I'm pretty sure it was confirmed it wasn't jack kesy right? The initial tweet just had misidentified him. I could be wrong genuinely asking haha

@EnnisFan - yeah I just read the same thing, it said it was a really big actor that has not been identified yet.

I really hope they do go with Juggernaut here - I am eagerly awaiting more details.

Itd also possible that the unidentified mo-cap actor is the stuntman for Kesy.
