DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE: 7 Still Not Confirmed Cameos We Need To See In The Marvel Studios Threequel

Deadpool & Wolverine is bound to feature some big cameos, and while some have already been revealed, we're listing those we need to be part of the upcoming Marvel Studios threequel. Check them out...

With Deadpool & Wolverine set to take its leads on a journey through the Multiverse, we're expecting the Merc with the Mouth and Logan to cross paths with a great many familiar faces from the past.

There will likely be some new characters along the way, of course, but it's the heroes and villains from 20th Century Fox's Marvel Universe that we're choosing to focus on today.

Whether it's in The Void or the world Deadpool and Wolverine call home, Marvel Studios has the opportunity to bring back some fan favourites and put a fresh spin on characters we never expected to see on screen again.

Check out the cameos we're hoping to see in Deadpool & Wolverine by clicking the "Next"/"View List" buttons below.

7. Magik (Anya Taylor-Joy)

Colossus will return in Deadpool & Wolverine, and it would be a missed trick to not somehow get his sister, Illyana Rasputin, involved in this story.

Whether it's her dimension-hopping abilities or the fact Anya Taylor-Joy is a powerhouse talent who never fails to make an impact on screen, The New Mutants' Magik can bring a lot to the table here, even if it is only a brief cameo appearance.

We'd put the hero in a comic-accurate costume and let Taylor-Joy run wild, slicing and dicing her way through the Variants stranded in The Void by the TVA.

6. The Thing (Michael Chiklis)

Chris Evans showing up as the Human Torch in the Deadpool threequel feels like too much of an ask, though it may well happen in Avengers: Secret Wars

For now, we think it would be a blast to see Michael Chiklis transform into The Thing again, albeit with some help from CGI this time instead of that silly (albeit still pretty convincing) rubber costume from the mid-2000s. Maybe if the rest of his family is dead, we'd see a darker Ben Grimm?

Yes, we'll see the MCU's "official" Thing in The Fantastic Four next year, but paying homage to the team's original big screen debut is a good use of Deadpool & Wolverine.

5. Daredevil (Ben Affleck)

Jennifer Garner is all but confirmed to play Elektra in Deadpool & Wolverine, and we remain optimistic that Ben Affleck won't be too far behind as the Man Without Fear himself, Daredevil.

The actor was more than willing to don that crummy Batsuit for a cringe-worthy cameo in The Flash, so Marvel Studios can surely talk him into this!

Whether it's Hugh Jackman's Wolverine squaring off with Affleck's Daredevil or just a fun cameo somewhere in The Void, there's heaps of potential here. Any of the possibilities would blow the minds of fans.

4. Mister Fantastic (Miles Teller)

We've talked about some of the fun cameos Deadpool & Wolverine can deliver later this summer, and with Kang the Conqueror's time as the Multiverse Saga's big bad already winding down, who could take his place?

The Beyonder and Doctor Doom remain two of the most likely possibilities, but we'd love to see Marvel Studios enlist Miles Teller to play The Maker, a twisted version of Mister Fantastic revealed to be pulling Cassandra Nova's strings in his quest to avenge his decimated reality.

Well, or something along those lines. The point is, The Maker taking Kang's place feels like a thrilling possible next step.

3. Mystique (Jennifer Lawrence)

X-Men: First Class was an effective reboot for the franchise and, while X-Men: Days of Future Past receives a lot of love, we'd argue that the crossover movie came too soon and that it was a mistake to bring Bryan Singer back into the fold.

The rebooted series ended up feeling like more of the same after that, but Deadpool & Wolverine should still pay homage to them in some way.

How better than bringing Jennifer Lawrence back into the fold as Mystique? She became the ever-changing face of the X-Men prequels and could be used for a real mic drop moment when we learn she's been impersonating someone else!

2. Magneto (Sir Ian McKellen)

Rumour has it we'll see Magneto's helmet in Deadpool & Wolverine, with it now in the possession of Cassandra Nova (presumably to stop anyone else from blocking her psychic powers).

C'mon, though, the Master of Magnetism himself also needs to show up, preferably with Sir Ian McKellen reprising the role! It might be too much to ask for, but surely Earth-838's Magneto wants revenge for how his daughter was used by Earth-616's Scarlet Witch?

Regardless of how he's used, there has to be a way to reunite McKellen and Sir Patrick Stewart's Professor X here.

1. Bullseye (Colin Farrell)

We've already discussed the Daredevil franchise here, and now it's time to turn the spotlight to another villain. Colin Farrell really laid on the cheese for his performance as Bullseye way back in 2003 and, guess what? It worked!

Based on what we've seen in set photos, Wolverine and Deadpool will find themselves squaring off with a host of villains in The Void who are presumably loyal to Cassandra Nova and want out, so throwing Bullseye into the mix just feels right.

Plus, the fight scenes would be nothing short of awesome...
