Before we get in to detail I would like to point out that this is my first proper article, so it could be quite naff.
While browsing around on IGN I came across an article regarding the Avengers crossover film set to be released in 2012.It was an interview with Kevin Feige(President of Marvel Studios).We all know we are going to get the core team of Captain America, Iron Man, Thor,Hulk with Nick Fury on top, however this article goes in to detail about other characters that may appear in the franchise.
Feige states in the interview that he has great interest in bringing Edward Norton back despite Nortons problems with filming "The Incredible Hulk".The article states that Feige is a fan of Ant-man, so could he appear in favor of Giant-man, and if they choose Pym then surely the Wasp should be there?Feige also mentions other characters that aren't strictly related to the Avengers.Among these are Doctor Strange, Black Panther and Iron Fist.Could these characters be getting cameos in the film and later going on in to there own staring roles?Maybe they we expand the roster of heroes in sequels with these particular characters.In the interview Feige tells of his love of Star Trek and Star Wars stating that he would love to the cosmic side of the Marvel Universe.Does this mean that cosmic villains are possible?
