To be honest, I am posting this 'teaser' because I want to test the metaphorical waters. In this preview I will explain the concept of my idea, "Marvel Parallels". The first one I am going to present to you, my peeps, is the Parallel version of Fantastic Four. Also, this is not the same thing as The Ultimate universe. Actually, I am looking to create drastic and radical differences.
In my defense, this is not the only idea I have. So if this is not well received I will not post it and I will post my other fanfics.

Parallel Fantastic Four:
In this world, the Fantastic Four acquired their powers much earlier: during their high school years. The following changes to the characters have also been made:
*Reed Richards is nerdy, antisocial, and black. While solely a cosmetic change, its grounds for big differences.
*Ben Grimm is no longer a jock. He is a video-game nerd, and still Reed's best friend. He is an average looking guy instead of a huge football player.
*Johnny Storm is not a popular hothead. Now he is a troubled young man, and has a bigger body than the original Johnny Storm (more like The Thing).
*Sue Storm is pretty much the same, except she is now a brunette with some gothic tendencies.
First notable story differences:
*Victor Doom dies during the accident that gave the others their powers. After he is buried, his body ressurects itself fully, then the becomes Dr. Doom.
I am keeping the way they get their powers a secret for now, because it's vital to the plot. The actual fanfic I will be posting will be written as if it was an animated special, like the massive rush of animated DC films lately.
OR, if by request of commenters below, I can post it in the form of a comic-script. I write scripts and outlines for this kind of stuff for fun all the time, so it's whatever. I want to make it easy for the readers to read and appease their imagination as well. :)
I will not be offended if any of you say,
"What the [frick] dude this sucks why would you do that? Don't post this, you're a freaking noob, gtfo!"
Please tear me down if you think this sucks, I am open to constructive criticism. If not, I will gladly post it.
