Bobby points with stick showing the exit, waiting for Barney to show up, without any motion.
Barney looks from behind curtains at the bottle of vodka, which lays on his father’s lap. His eyes are full of anger and tears.
Bobby awkwardly puts down her hand and using the stick she hits big triangular music instrument. The circus is filled with loud, pure, metallic sound. White light of headlight turns at her way.
BOBBY: I know why you are here. To finally see and believe…
Clint walks up on the higher floor of scaffold, attaches snap hook to his leather belt connected with steel tightrope. There is an arrow on the end of tightrope. He looks at small pockets with colorful vials above his belt. The one is missing. Clint pulls out the vial with red liquid and spills it on the arrow. He
puts on his face mask with wings, just like the one Bobby has. The “H” is printed on the forehead. For
him the time flows slower, he can hear each clap separately.
Barney looks at the bows hanging on the wall wondering which one he should choose. Swordsman walks from behind, he takes Barney’s hand.
BARNEY: Don’t touch me! What are you doing?
Boy tries to free himself, but Jaques is dressing his hand with bandage.
SWORDSMAN: And you? I can’t let you leave blood stains in the pockets of our dear public.
Mad Barney frees himself.
BARN: No! I won’t steal for you ever again!
Swordsman catches his both hands.
SWORDSMAN: Man’s word should be a law. You stick with me or you are gone. It’s your choice.
Swordsman release boy’s hands, Barney takes first bow in a row and an arrow. He runs away.
BOBBY: …the only one, never missing… Trickshot!
Reflector light points at Clint.
CLINT: (under his nose): Hawkeye…
Light off. Clint hits the wall holding red arrow in his hand. He shoots burning arrow in the furthest point of the circus. Wooden hoop of the shield hanged under the ceiling glows with fire. Steel cables hanging along ceiling burns slowly. Clint walks up on the steel line, he tries to walk on the other side (before the line turns into ashes in flames).
Shy applause, Clint tries to catch his balance a few meters above the land on fire.
Down on the ground lines turns into red glow. Bobby looks up with fear in her eyes, tightly holding her thumbs.
Clint walks on the line way too slowly. Both ends of the line are right now on fire, flames approach from both sides.
Barney watches his brother’s efforts, he tips red liquid from the stolen vial on an arrow. He strings the arrow on bowstring. The boy aims straight in his father. He raises the hand higher. He’s waiting.
Fire on the lines approaches to the center. Clint stands precisely in the middle, under him the ground is on fire. The blaze from the both ends meet in the center. The line gives up and tears.
Clint turns in the air to release the arrow with attached line. Releases it into the shield hanging under the ceiling.
Barney releases an arrow’s fletch.
Both arrows collide in the air.
Clint’s arrow goes out of its direction.
Barney’s burning arrow goes directly into the bottle of vodka on the father’s lap.
The audience explode with fire.
Clint inertly lands on burning coal.

NOW - "NATASHA’S" HOUSE – EARLY MORNING
Clint wipes steamy mirror in the bathroom. He is shaving, blade of the shaver cuts his skin on the chin. Barton puts on weirdly heavy, violet robe encasing his burn scars on his back. Attaches big piece of toilet paper onto his chin and walks down the stairs.
NATASHA ROMANOFF lies down on the coach in salon and watches TV.
Clint takes out beer from the fridge. Takes Nat’s legs from the couch and sits beside her on the coach. Nat looks at him with a pity.
NAT: You don’t want a patch?
CLINT: You’re right.
They are watching blankly TV (report about night gangs’ fight on the gas station).
NAT: You are using too much water.
CLINT: Unfortunately, you’re not paying the bills.
NAT: But it’s my house so…
CLINT: This is not your house.
They are sitting without the word.
CLINT: What exactly are you doing here?
NAT: Great question. How long are you going to stay?
CLINT: I drove here all night, but one word from you and…

MARI HA (in Japanese): Madame, we found her.
MADAME: My dear Mari Ha, could you look up, so everything would go according to our will?
MARI HA: The Leader doesn’t ask. I sent there our forces.
MADAME: Is this enough? This war lasts too long. It’s time to turn the table. Call Ronin.
Mari Ha nods while hiding smile.
Above the city dark clouds are coming.
"NATASHA’S" HOUSE
Clint holds telephone (with three young kids [two boys and a girl] on a wallpaper) in one, and a locked beer in other hand. He clicks on “Laura” contact and holds his fingers on green icon of telephone. He’s thinking.
CLINT(to himself): I’m sorry that I’m fed up with leaving among the goats… No, I’m sorry that I want to prepare our kids the better future. No. .. Ass!
Clint throws the telephone on the pillow, with anger nipples ring-pull. He goes to the kitchen, walking by the stairs he hears the water noise in pipes. He takes a knife out of kitchen shelf and opens beer can. He picks up beer to his mouth.
Doorbell.
Clint puts untouched beer on kitchen blat. He whispers on the stairs.
CLINT: Nat? Natasha…?
Clint looks out of the window curtain.
Water pours as usual in the bathroom.
Barton looks on black van and “POSTMAN” in a tracksuit with Adidas’ stripes. Clint wears his shoes. The door opens from outside. The “Postman” runs inside, looks up on Clint with dense expression.
POSTMAN: What’s up bro?
He throws the box into Clint’s hands. Barton falls on the ground paralyzed. From the van two men are coming, BRO #1 and BRO #2. One puts handcuffs on Clint and second a bag on his head.
Natasha turns off the water. She listens the Russian’s voices downstairs.
They look inside the house.
BRO #1: There’s nobody here, what do you think, bro?
BRO #2: You’re right bro, not a living soul.
Nat runs from the bathroom in a robe, she observes how they put Clint into the car. She opens the window and throws out a bug from the balcony on the car.
Russians drives with tire scratch, they are devastating the lawn.

Nat wears the Black Widow suit, locks the house from the inside, catches Clint’s phone from the coach and runs down the stairs to garage. Checks the van’s trace on her telephone. She takes bike and rides after Russians with wet hair.
OLD STORAGE HOUSE
The van stops in front of old, abandoned magazine. The loading platform is slowly opening, the car goes inside. They are taking out stunned Clint and puts him on the archaic dental machine.
BRO #1: Where’s boss?
BRO #2: On his way. Bro.
ON THE WAY TO STORAGE HOUSE
Nat stops on the hill. She looks down on the storage house. Widow hides her bike in the drainage ditch. She sees from a binocular how many bikes and black vans drive into the storage house. Nat talks to her hand.
NAT: Fortune? I found him.
OLD STORAGE HOUSE
From the van gets of IVAN BANIONIS, “THE LANDLORD”. He walks to Clint and takes off the bag from his head. Impassively looks at his subordinates.
IVAN: The hell?
BRO #2 walks to Clint and from the short distance looks into his eyes.
BRO #2: But boss, you ordered to pick up Black Widow.
IVAN: And what, you moron, do you think that’s how Black Widow looks like?
BRO #2: No boss. What have you done, bro?
“POSTMAN”: But boss, you said you wanted to have one of them… this is that… crossbowman.
BRO #1: …Hulkeye!
Ivan carefully looks at silent and sweated Clint.
IVAN: There should not be any problems with him. Assemble the crew and go. Wait until I come. I hope you remember where?
“Postman” nods and rides his bike, they are closing the loading platform after he leaves.
Ivan stands still in front of Clint.
IVAN: So, you are one of them?
He nods on Clint. Bro #2 stabilize his head on tether and pushes it up. Ivan approaches the table with opened dental stuff.

Clint shuts his teeth with anger.

Tear of many tears. Motorcycles stop on the road in front of wheel path on the lawn. The warriors of DARK OCEAN surround the house from every corner. They are walking to the house from the windows and balcony, holding swords in fear. They are looking through the house, throws out things from wardrobes, look into the beds.
Short, torn tear’s scratch outside. WARRIOR #1 runs to the front door and opens them from inside. Flesh of white, morning sun comes from outside. The shadow falls on the veranda. Into the salon, bowing in front of the entrance, comes RONIN. Warriors stands in a line and give him a deep bow.
WARRIORS (in Japanese): We didn’t find her.
Ronin looks on the open can of beer standing on the blat in the kitchen. He shows them with fingers to go out.
OLD STORAGE HOUSE
Natasha runs down, climbs on the gutter to the shuttered window under the roof. She walks through the steel storage shelf. Takes out the camera from a pocket inside her sleeve and records Ivan.
Banionis stands in front of the steel table and looks at dental equipment.
IVAN: As a “Landlord” I would like to know what are you doing in my town.
CLINT: Before you bought the title it was my town. I have protected it, took care of it. I got rid of people like you.
IVAN: When I came here almost 30 years ago the citizens of your city took everything they wanted from me. Even the wallet of my late father, the one of the few things I took with me. As you can see, you didn’t manage to carry out your duties.
CLINT: The fact that somebody like you is ruling this city is the best example of it.
IVAN: I didn’t only bought, but also rebuild it. But then, this overseas sect has come...
BRO #1: Dark Ocean…!
IVAN: Anybody asked you, you nerd?
CLINT: And you?

She keeps a straight face looking at Ivan from above. She turns into the window when she hears the noise of riding machines. From the hill on the gravel lands small avalanche of bikes.
Bro #1 looks out from window.

He falls with shurikens casted in his chest. Through the windows flows a wave of Dark Ocean.
Russians respond with fire. Bro #2 takes Clint’s head from the machine. Puts the bag on his head and they both run to the car.
Ivan hides behind it.
Natasha takes down Dark Ocean’s warriors and Russians with a pistol with silencer. Ronin climbs on the loading platform from behind. Bro #2 attacks him with a baseball, Ronin catches the bat, turns around and smashes Bro’s head with it. Bullets bounces from his head. He tirelessly walks to Clint.
Loading platform ahead opens really slow.
BRO #3 and BRO #4 sit beside Barton, they shoot blindly.
Front line goes in the middle, only Ronin goes through the Russians like a knife through a butter. The Sting pierces his hand in glove. He looks at it with curiosity and crushes it clamping his fist.
With other hand he shows fighting warriors to go upside. Ronin is nearing, scared Bro #2 rides through not fully open loading doors. They fall on the ground with severed roof.
Ivan runs to passenger seat in the van, after him BRO #5 and BRO #6 enter the car.
Ivan: Go, you nerd!
They ride, behind them 13 Russians’ cars fallow.
Nat is running on arches, the WARRIOR WITH KUSARIGAMA jumps after her. She is coiling the weapon around her wrist, the spike impact into WORRIOR #3 back. Nat jumps down, catches with her hands upper part of the steel shelf and hits the warrior from the other side. He falls on the ground dead. She jumps from shelf to shelf to land on the ground. She looks around the empty storage house. Nat sees Japan’s motors far away. She turns around and looks at incoming special forces cars. She gets in the one of the last Russian’s motors and shoots first car coming, aiming in the window.
Cars change direction, they ride in her way. She makes a 360’ on the gravel and runs after Japans. Blue & red lights gleam behind her back.
MADAME’S APARTAMENT
Mari-Ha stands leaning on apartment’s glasses. Breaths deeply in narcotic fumes. He gets a massage and runs through the steel doors into the room without windows.
Long, bathed in the darkness room.
Surrounding the table sit many hackers taping ceaselessly the code’s words. They stop when Mari-Ha comes in, he runs to the furthest hacker and looks by his arm on the screen. He sees a video surveillance [road of fast line and many black vans].
MARI-HA: We have to help them. Shut down the city.
HACKER #1 clicks the file “CODEBREKER” and choses radio waves. Mari-Ha leaves the room. The hackers again seat in darkness, as Mari-Ha closes the door,
they start to keyboard lines of the code.
Riding a car sits young, fat, BORED WOMAN. She’s changing the radio stations constantly. Advert, advert, reggae, advert… silence. The car without the roof puts her car out of the way. Russians turns on the entrance of the highway. Clint sits between the bros, G force pulls them on the left side.
Many vans go after them, behind the cars the firefight starts. Bikes of the Dark Ocean ride on the highway.
CONFIDENT WARRIOR approaches the van with Clint, he draws the sword. Suddenly the thick, tattooed hand destroys the rest of the window and catches his neck. Furious Bro #4 shatters the warrior’s helmet and massacres his face with a bare hand, holding the body in the air.
Regular war takes place behind them. Russians and Japans fight among the crowd of civilians cars.
Clint takes out the small laser from his pocket and cuts cuffs’ chain. They hook against a civil car, which drives into the reinforced concrete. Clint takes off the bag from his head. Bro #3 looks in car’s mirror at him.
Bro #3: Hey!
Clint hits his face with the feet and strikes Russians leaning out of windows with his elbows. He takes out grappling-hook from his coat and attaches it on his right hand.
Clint: Bye, bro!
He shoots into information board [about a tunnel in next 15 miles].
Barton jumps in the air overrunning to the board. Clint lands on the splice.
Russians van crushes in the concrete.
He takes off the dressing goon and wears it on the other side. The inside of it is a fully equipped suit. He puts the second grappling hook on the other hand.
Ivan looks at Clint running on steel scaffolding.
IVAN:
Another nerd…
He takes out UZI and shoots a series at Clint.
Barton puts a hood on his head, bullets bounce off. He puts on belt and moves to riding cement mixer. His attached body starts to spin with a mixer. Barton turns around, stands on spinning machine and walks in the opposite direction to balance at this point. He takes the extendable bow from his back and the pocket arrows from his placket. He released two arrows at once. They hits the van’s wheel, which start to burn.
Clint strings another arrow and perfectly marks the Ivan’s hand with a gun. The pistol explodes, Ivan is wounded.
Clint jumps off the cement mixer, on the back of rushing convertible. The driver is unaware of situation, he has headphones in his ears. Clint is pulling his head and shots arrows.
Ronin passes killed Russians, rides on much bigger bike, his gold-black decorative ruffles move on the wind. Russians shoot in his way. Ronin rides to the nearest enemy car, one of Dark Ocean warriors throws short blade to him. Ronin with smooth gesture sticks it in the vans wheel.
Russians rollover.
Black Widow passes killed Russians, she shoots with her sting at Ronin bike’s wheels. Ronin jumps off on the ground, the warrior of Dark Ocean is mounting his bike. Ronin impacts immovably in the rushing bike. The machine crushes on Ronin. Widow jumps off from torn bike and attacks the enemy with short blade. Ronin catches her leg and throws her a few meters further. Natasha rolls around, missing upcoming car. Ronin catches the riding truck’s handles and jumps from it on his bike.
Clint runs out of arrows. He draws the gun with his grappling-hook from Russian’s hand. He throws the gun in the face of nearest Dark Ocean warrior and jumps on empty bike sit. He stops to turn back. He looks at incoming hurricane in the shape of Japanese-Russian battle, then turns and rushes forward.
To Natasha and crashed Russian’s car draw in a bunch of Special Forces vans.
DOMINIC FORTUNE tries to open the door, but Natasha is blocking it with her body.
NATASHA:
Move on.
Bruised, she jump on the back of the pickup. The helicopter’s prop resounds above them.
One of the Russians overshoots the convertible’s fuel tank. Clint hooks the unaware driver and jumps of burning car. The brunt of explosion throws them on the asphalt. The one of last Russian’s van is furiously incoming in his site. Clint hooks to the passenger car and from behind hits with the second grapples the van’s windscreen, it crashes with the burning convertible. Clint shows a thumb up to the confused driver and hooks to the Russian’s van in front of him. He comes over from the rear window and throws the driver away. He presses accelerator. 3 warriors of Dark Ocean attacks Clint, he drops the grenade and hooks to incoming truck. He stands on semitrailer and throws small grenades under the bike’s wheels.
Rumbles.
Ronin is climbing on the semitrailer. Clint releases the hook and casts it on Ronin’s neck. Ronin catches the line and attracts Clint with it. He looks in his eyes and throttles him.
Clint pops the laser, pushes the button and throws it into the Ronin’s mask. Small explosion, Ronin frees Barton, he jumps off the
truck keeping the hook attached to Ronin. He’s flying, releases the line and falls on the ground. Clint hooks himself to the tank.
Japans are cordoning the fuel tank, they are holding rifles aiming at Clint.
He shows them that they can shoot.
Japans throw the rifles on the ground.
Clint runs to the panicked driver, the tank drives toward traffic. Clint opens the door to the cabin.
CLINT: Move your ass, sir!
TANK'S DRIVER doesn’t know what to do. From the opposite side another truck is coming, Clint catches the handlebar, turns and jumps inside.
The second truck breaks off the door.
Disappointed Clint shakes his head looking at the scared driver.
Ronin jumps off the stopping semitrailer on the upcoming Russ van. One of the Russians is leaning out, shooting the Japans. Bending roof smashes him. Ronin jumps of and lifts the dropped machine gun. He shoots the helicopter.
The machine slowly starts to fall in fire.
Natasha on bike evens bleeding Ivan, looks deeply in his eyes without the word. She shoots the driver with her sting. The car stops on a water card. A few Special Forces vans encompass it. The rest of them is not stopping, trying to reach Clint.
Japans climbs on the tank like spiders.
CLINT:
Did you put on seat belts?
TANK’S DRIVER:
Yyyyeee-ssss.
The driver tries to buckle up.
CLINT:
So detached them.
They drive into the tunnel, Clint changes a pass, looking in the car mirror like the Dark Ocean warriors are coming for him. Clint hooks to the opposite wall with the driver in the last second.
The tank crushes in the wall. The warriors are falling on the ground like puppets.
Clint and driver falls on the ground, he quickly rises and waves to unaware people to run.
CLINT:
Run away!
He throws the grenade under the tank.
Huge explosion, the ceiling falls apart.
TANK’S DRIVER:
W-www, what have you done?
CLINT:
The tank is our slightest problem.
He draws his hands ahead and waits.
Two bikers drive through the flames, Clint releases the hooks.
One hook strikes the biker in his chest. The second biker reflect the hook with his sword. He falls on the ground and attacks Clint.
The broken hook strikes the warrior in his head guard. He falls unwillingly on the ground.
Clint lifts his bike and walks to the shocked tank’s driver.
CLINT:
It’s gonna be ok. Sir, please, just stay away from women. All of them.
Clint rushes through the tunnel.
The tank’s driver hears the sounds of the incoming helicopter.
Ronin races on his bike again, only he and two Dark Ocean warriors left on the highway, they drive first, trying to get to the tunnel.
The helicopter is falling, the pilots scream, they can’t eject.
The two warriors are smashed by the falling machine, Ronin stops with tears tear in the last second.
He comes out on his bike. The bullets are bouncing from his face. He turns back.
Natasha stands 30 meters from him, she shoots with machine gun the special forces van is standing behind her.
The
red-blue lights are approaching behind her.
Ronin takes out the big, heavy sword from the case in his back and drifts in Nat’s direction.
The moans come from helicopter.
Ronin lowers the sword and faintly hits the asphalt bathed in the helicopter’s oil.
Sparks. The helicopter explodes.
Ronin vanishes in fire.
Natasha runs after him, passes of the burning cabin, but there’s no one left between the burning tank and the helicopter.
She looks at hell’s highway.
