Director: Directors are responsible for overseeing creative aspects of a film under the overall control of the film producer. They often develop the vision for a film and carry out the vision, deciding how the film should look, in other words they make their vision come to life. They are responsible for turning the script into a sequence of shots. They also direct what tone it should have and what an audience should gain from the cinematic experience. Film directors are responsible for deciding camera angles, lens effects and lighting with the help of the cinematographer and set design with the production designer. They will often take part in hiring the cast and key crew members. They coordinate the actors' moves, or blocking and also may be involved in the writing, financing and editing of a film.
Ridley Scott (Notable Works: Alien, Blade Runner, Legend): Honestly, in a world where an Iron Man Movie was made in the 80s, getting the Master of Sci-Fi {Weird title when he's directed about 3 Sci-Fi films his entire career} at the time Scott was notrious for vision and story telling. A great director who was always fit to direct a true to adaptation Iron Man Film, that would tap into ideas and themes never ventured with the character.

Screenwriter: Screenwriters are responsible for researching the story, developing the narrative, writing the screenplay, and delivering it, in the required format, to Development Executives. Screenwriters therefore have great influence over the creative direction and emotional impact of the screenplay and, arguably, of the finished film. They either pitch original ideas to Producers in the hope that they will be optioned or sold, or screenwriters are commissioned by a producer to create a screenplay from a concept, true story, existing screen work or literary work, such as a novel, poem, play, comic book or short story.
David Webb Peoples (Notable Works: The Day After Trinity {Documentary}, Blade Runner, LadyHawke): He turned a great script amazing with his initial polish of Blade Runner, having a good relationship with Scott would seize as the writer. Peoples is a talented writer who can really express the human soul and inspire actors to really improvise and delve deeper into their character.

Composer: A film score (also sometimes called background music or incidental music) is original music written specifically to accompany a film. The score forms part of the film's soundtrack, which also usually includes dialogue and sound effects, and comprises a number of orchestral, instrumental or choral pieces called cues which are timed to begin and end at specific points during the film in order to enhance the dramatic narrative and the emotional impact of the scene in question. Scores are written by one or more composers, under the guidance of the film's director and/or producer, and are then usually performed by an ensemble of musicians – most often comprising an orchestra or band, instrumental soloists, and choir or vocalists – and recorded by a sound engineer.
Brad Fiedel (Notable Works: Hearts of Steel, The Terminator, Fright Night): His music is a very melody based form. His themes have a dark or light tone each of which fit for the events in the scene. His most well known work as a composer comes from the Terminator where he meshed a cold steel sound with a sweet gentle human soul-filled melody as the themes to both the title character and film's hero: Kyle Reese. A perfect choice for the composer.
Tony Stark/Iron Man (Height: 6' 1 {Normal} 6' 6" {Armored} Age: 30's): Iron Man is one of the most widely known heroes in the world. Anthony "Tony" Stark was born with extreme intelligence. After the death of his parents when he was 21, Stark inherited Stark Enterprises. After being wounded while in a war zone, he built an armored suit that would help keep him alive. Stark helped to organize the superhero team, The Avengers early in his career as a superhero.
Alec Baldwin (Height: 6', Age: 28 {As of 1986} Notable Works: Cutter to Houston, Sweet Revenge, Knot's Landing): If there was an actor ever meant to play Iron Man it would probably be Alec Baldwin. He's always been an actor worth his weight, starting out on T.V. And moving to Film he's built like a playboy, being a handsome fellow and a great actor he's probably the best person you could cast as Stark in the 1980s. How can you go wrong when the guy has "WIN" in his name? Alec would have been as iconic an Iron Man as Robert Downy Jr.
Virginia "Pepper" Potts (Height: 5' 4", Age: 30's): Virginia is called "Pepper" because of her freckles and red hair. She was working for Stark Industries and spotted an accounting error. She raced to let Tony Stark know. Having saved the company a large amount of money, Stark promoted her to be his personal assistant. Pepper became infatuated with Stark.
Annette O'Toole (Height: 5' 3", Age: 34 {As of 1986} Notable Works: Cat People, 48hrs, Bridge to Terabithia): A lovely actress who got a notible start as a child actress in the 1960's she had a strong career carrying her from T.V. To Films and back again. Always a good fit for strong and attractive female characters, she is a wonderful and beautiful actress who was a strong fit for Pepper Potts.
Harold "Happy" Hogan (Height: 5' 11", Age: 30's-40's): After retiring from a Boxing career, Happy worked various odd jobs. One day at a racetrack, a new experimental car crashed. Ignoring the risk, Happy ran over and pulled the driver out. The man was Tony Stark, who had problems due to his chestplate running low. Happy turned down a monetary offer, instead asking Stark to hire him. Stark agreed and Happy became his limo driver and bodyguard
John Goodman (Height: 6' 2", Age: 34 {As of 1986} Notable Works: Revenge of the Nerds, Sweet Dreams, The Big Easy): Goodman has always been a talented actor, when he initially started out he was very unknown but still very talented. He always reminded me of an old Boxer, and he's a decent comedian which is admitting Happy's Main function as a character. But Goodman is an actor talented enough to make us care about him.
Edwin Jarvis (Height: 5' 9", Age: 50's-60's): Edwin Jarvis was the butler in the employ of millionaire inventor and industrialist Anthony Stark and worked in Stark's mansion in midtown Manhattan. Apparently, Jarvis originally served Stark's parents, Howard and Maria Stark, and continued to work for Anthony after their deaths. Before coming to the United States, Edwin Jarvis once served heroically in the United Kingdom's Royal Air Force as a pilot.
Desmond Llewelyn (Height: 6' 2" Age: 72 {As of 1986} Notable Works: James Bond {Franchise}): James Bond's very own Q, my only choice for the role of Jarvis, an amazing actor with comedic and dramatic skills that are a sure fit for the character and the franchise. Llewelyn an amazing performer was perfect for the role fo Jarvis.
James "Rhodey" Rhodes (Height: 6' 1" {Normal} 6' 6" {Armored}, Age: 30's): James Rupert Rhodes, from the South Philadelphia section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was a lieutenant in the United States Marine Corps who served tours of duty in Southeast Asia. A combat pilot, he was stranded in the jungle behind enemy lines after his helicopter was shot down by Viet Cong rocket fire. He encounters Iron Man, who escaped from Wong-Chu's prison camp in his prototype suit of powered armor, for the first time.
Carl Wheathers (Height: 6' 1", Age: 38 {As of 1986} Notable Works: Rocky, Death Hunt, Fortune Dane): One of the coolest guys to ever live. Best known as Apollo Creed from the Rocky Franchise. He's been one of my favorite actors since childhood playing one of the most interesting and coolest villains {Rocky} who had a recurring role and character arc. He's always been an interesting actor who I see as the perfect candidate for the role of Rhodey.
Obidiah Stane (Height: 6' 5" {Normal} 6' 11" {Armored}, Age: 40's-50's): as a wealthy financier, Obadiah Stane becomes the president and CEO of his own company (Stane International) as a munitions dealer. He also goes into business with Howard Stark. After Stark and his wife died in a car accident, Stane turns his sights on acquiring control of Stark International, the industrial corporation he had worked with, now owned by Tony Stark (the son of Howard Stark).
Michael Ironside (Height: 5' 10", Age: 36 {As of 1986} Notable Works: Double Negative, Scanners, Top Gun): Ironside now best known as Darkseid in the DC Animated Universe was for a while noteworthy do to his iconic performance in the hit sci-fi-horror film Scanners. Attributing His nearly chameleon like talent as an actor I chose him as Obidiah Stane. Ironside is a legend of an actor who's synonymous for villain roles, But a character like Stane isn't really a role I've seen him in. He's a wonderful performer who could probably do the role in his sleep.

The Mandarin (Height: 6' 2", Age: Unknown): The Mandarin's parents died shortly after he was born. The Mandarin spent all of his vast inheritance training at science and martial arts. Doing so caused him to go broke at roughly the same time he reached adulthood. The Chinese government evicted him because he was too broke to pay his taxes. The bitter, broke, homeless, but extremely well trained Mandarin began to wander the earth. He found an alien space-ship during his wandering. He studied the ship to gain knowledge of advanced science, and stole rings he found within it. The Mandarin uses a combination of superhuman martial arts abilities, alien science, and the ten energy-blasting rings he found to wage a never-ending war on civilization.
James Hong (Height: 6', Age: 56{As of 1986} Notable Works: Big Trouble in Little China, Blade Runner, Ninja III The Dominion): Hong is probably best known for his role as Ancient Chinese Sorcerer David Lo-Pan in John Carpenter's Big Trouble in Little China. Which is exactly the reason why I cast him as The Mandarin. Lo-Pan is an odd character who's very differ5nt from the Mandarin. Where Lo-Pan wants to rule, Mandarin wants to destroy, but there is a bit of Lo-Pan in the Madarin and vice-versa. Both are amazing characters. Hong is a talented actor who can really explore the gravity of each character and bring them to life.
IRON MAN WILL RETURN IN... THE AVENGERS!
