When news broke that Brett Ratner had been dropped(yay) from Lionsgates "Conan" movie, people wondered who, if anyone, would be his replacement.

Well, Over at CHUD they're reporting that their "impeccable source" has confirmed that Nispel has indeed signed on officially to take over the project. For those of you not familiar with Nispels work, Hes the man RESPONSIBLE for the Friday the 13th reboot. Before that he directed the Viking movie Pathfinder and the new The Texas Chainsaw Massacre remake. Mmmmmm.



Hey, at least he handles the action scenes well! Lets give the bearded wonder a chance i say!
