ZOMBIELAND: DOUBLE TAP Exclusive Video Interview With Stars Woody Harrelson And Jesse Eisenberg

Zombieland: Double Tap has been a decade in the making, and considering the fact that the first instalment has reached cult status since it was released in 2009, it's fair to say that the pressure is on this follow-up to be just as good, if not better (which, as you can see from our review, it most definitely is).

To mark the movie's release this past Friday, we recently caught up with stars Woody Harrelson (Venom) and Jesse Eisenberg (Justice League) to discuss their respective returns to the franchise as Columbus and Tallahassee. There, they'll also be joined by fellow returning cast members Emma Stone (La La Land) and Abigail Breslin (Scream Queens), not to mention some new faces.

In the video below, the actors talk about how it felt to learn the Zombieland sequel was finally happening (0:29), their reaction to Amazon's failed pilot and their characters being recast (1:19), an impressive tracking shot in the movie (2:16), whether they would have returned without Emma and Abigail (3:10), and their respective futures as Lex Luthor and Carnage (4:10).

Tickets for Zombieland: Double Tap are currently on sale and it should definitely be a priority for you today and this coming week. We want to extend a huge thank you to Woody and Jesse for taking the time to talk to us, and some of their responses in the video below are legitimately hilarious so it's well worth taking a few minutes to check out!

>Joker cost 1/5 to 1/6 as much as the Snyder DCEU films, is banned in China, and is rated R but will out-gross all 3 of them
>HBO's Watchmen is one of the best reviewed shows of the year while Snyder botched the source material
