In a recent interview with longtime Batman voice actor Kevin Conroy, game journalism website IGN were able to gauge the voice actor's interest on returning to voice Gotham's Caped Crusader in a Justice League video game, a game which many fans are speculating may very well be Rocksteady's next project, which was met with a rather enthusiastic response.
"Oh yeah! Absolutely," said Conroy "I would love to do that. It's really hard to record games and very hard to create them, but the result is so rewarding that it makes it worthwhile at the end."
After this, Conroy went on to share his desire for such a game to take place in the same universe as the massively successful Arkham games, even after Arkham Knight's rather ominous (or simply explosive, depending on which ending you earned) ending.
"I just hope they figure out some way to have [Batman: Arkham Knight] segue into a new chapter, but I don't know how they could because it's such a frightening ending. It's such a great concept, of Batman fighting his way out of Arkham, the different battles he's gotten into in Arkham, I'd hate to think that is the end of that story. I understand it's the third part of the trilogy and it's the end of the arc, but I hope they can figure out some way to translate it into something else. I don't know how they could, though, because the end is so frightening."
So there you have it, Bat-fans. Should Rocksteady decide to release a video game based on the Justice League, the classic voice of Batman is on board. What do you guys think, should Kevin Conroy return to the role in another DC game, or is it time for someone else to fill his shoes?
