This one seems to have flown under a lot of radars, but Tubi has now debuted the first trailer for Corrective Measures, a feature adaptation of Arcana Studio's graphic novel of the same name that's set to hit the streaming service on April 29.

Set in an Ubermax supervillain prison called San Tiburon, Bruce Willis stars as notorious super genius The Lobe, who finds himself at odds with corrupt Warden Devlin (Michael Rooker) when word of his hidden fortune reaches his ears.

Into this tense situation drops a revenge-driven vigilante named Payback (Dan Payne) and driver Diego Diaz (Brennan Mejia), who has been incarcerated on trumped-up charges. Making matters worse, The Conductor (Tom Cavanagh) has shocking plans of his own that shatter the fragile peace even further.

"Corrective Measures is a project I've been wanting to see come to life from the pages of Arcana's graphic novel series for a long time," said writer/director Sean Patrick O'Reilly. "Overseeing this project from script to screen has been an incredible journey, and to have my live-action directing debut at this level with so many talented cast and crew is truly a dream come true. Directing, writing and producing Corrective Measures was such an incredible experience and I cannot think of a better partner than Fox and Tubi for Arcana's launch into live-action productions."

Willis recently announced his retirement from acting, so this might well be one of the legendary Die Hard star's final performances.

Let us know what you make of the trailer for Corrective Measures in the usual spot.

I never heard of Bruce's illness. Is it something he can recover from with treatment, or is this something akin to Alzheimer's? Sad stuff man. I'm an 80s baby, and a 90s kid. It's a little tough seeing so many of my cinematic, sports, and music heroes fade in one way or another. Makes me feel a little guilty for not watching more of his films. The man never stopped working it seems.

@DarthOmega - Agreed, I always say this but x-raying at nursing homes, I see old people watching Andy Griffith, Gunsmoke, Bonanza, Rifleman, tons of long dead actors… we’re at the ages that a lot of our heroes were acting in. They ain’t no spring chickens. Jerry and George’s parents are all dead now… Seinfeld n em ain’t so young either. Oh you can make it to 70’s through 90’s. But… man the famous deaths are really picking up unfortunately.

Assuming this is the last Bruce Willis performance, at least we will now understand why it was "phoned in".

I wonder what the last "real" Bruce Willis was?

@NicholiB - Looper maybe...? I would say that was his final big-budget movie where he gave a pretty good performance. After that, he mostly just starred in direct-to-DVD movies or had small roles and cameos in others.

@NicholiB - He gave a good performance in Glass and while I wasn't a fan of the movie, he wasn't bad in the Death Wish remake.
