Saban's Power Rangers follows five ordinary high school kids who must become something extraordinary when they learn that their small town of Angel Grove – and the world – is on the verge of being obliterated by an alien threat. Chosen by destiny, our heroes quickly discover that they are the only ones who can save the planet. But to do so they will have to overcome their real-life issues and band together as the Power Rangers before it is too late.

@ODanil - it does in the film. The zords are made out of an organic metal (morphing grid) like what Zordon and Alpha 5 is made out of. So its an organic transformation sort of like the Transformers from the Bayverse. They are like Xenomorphs from Alien or the symbiote from spiderman. Its combined with the creatures of ancient time. Thats why some of the zords look weird (6 legs) its to improve the creature, make it move faster.

this scene wasnt played very well... but thats to be expected, this is a glorified B movie thats not even opening in the main cinema in my hometown so I know what to expect... the purist in me doesn't like the idea of the rangers able to ride in the lords without their suits on OR that it seems that a lot of the movie they will have their helmets off...

I like the idea that they are training. I mean in the very first episode of the show they literally just pilot the sores without any knowledge.

An Asian having a hard time driving...

I guess that makes up for them not having the black guy be the black ranger and the Asian actor be the yellow ranger. I miss when people didn't care about that crap.
