Warning: Spoilers

Superman director Bryan Singer revealed a plot detail during a site visit with Australian TV.

A Superhero Hype source wrote in saying: "I was just watching the 'Sunrise' program on Channel 7 here in Melbourne Australia where they had an exclusive look at the Tamworth set for Superman Returns. Bryan Singer spoke with the reporter, Micheal Pell, about various points of interest of the film. However the one thing he mentioned was about the crash site. The crash site isn't from Clark's child-hood, but in fact from his return to Earth at the beginning of the film."

Plot hints earlier revealed indicated the movie starts when Superman returns from searching for traces of Krypton in outer space.
