The Marvel Cinematic Universe Facebook page - who recently revealed that Benedict Cumberbatch was being looked at for a future Marvel Studios film - now has more 'insider news', this time concerning THOR 2. We've heard before that The Enchantress was being considered for the sequel, but now the MCU page is saying that we can expect to see the villainess in the film! Below is what they have to say...

Insider news: A little birdy told me to expect The Enchantress in "Thor 2", among other Asgardians. For some reason he is uncertain about Loki? ;)

As always, take this info with a grain of salt until we have further confirmation. But in the meantime, who would you like to see be the villain in the sequel? Sound off your thoughts below in the usual place.

@MovieMaster I think Tom Hiddleston signed up for five more films after Thor, so he should definitely appear in future Marvel films post-Avengers.

you cant have the enchantress without Loki.
and Amora is the obvious idea for the sequel. no thought needed for that. BUT i REALLY hope Hela is in it too!!

Eva Green needs to be Hela!!!

As long as she's not wearing some stupid asgardian armor. She shouldn't be wearing armor. She's an enchantress and isn't from the royal house.

This is a good interpretation of her costume. Could be enhanced but still pretty good.


Then again, I really like this version of her costume as well:

@Scion- The artwork from the second post is from the Thor comic book mini-series titled Son of Asgard. The movie under the same title is sort of an adaption, definitely recommend reading the mini-series.

Alice Eve would be perfect for Enchantress.
