Get out of here... I LOVE Beast Wars. Still, its no guarantee they'll make an appearance. Besides, the storywriters for Beast Wars blows out half of hollywood in skill, which means Bay obvious can't touch or compare to that talent.

@ Jeremiah

you do know that the Dinobots are not from Beast Wars, right?

These are just repaints from an old series. They are painted to look like the dinobots from G1, but there is no connection to the movie other than the packaging.

Agreed with others, TFW2005.com already confirmed these are repaints to cash in on the new movie

ok there was Grimlock the T-Rex, Swoop (the one that says "Rav"...they {fricked} that up), Snarl, Sludge, and Slag. dont make the damn toys if you arent gonna name them correctly and have (what i fear to be) an insignificant part of the movie. very dissapointed in that.

I know it's a long shot for it to happen, but I would literally cum IN my pants, IN the movie theater if they brought the Dinobots to the big screen.

i think the flying one in the superbowl comm. is suppose to be laserbeak . also why does micheal bay keep making up his own characters when there is a whole sea of transformers to pick from?

Yes, the "pterodactyl-like robot" is laserbeak. There are already images of his toy out there. I would say there's a zero percent chance that the dinobots show up in DOTM, they just don't fit into the movie canon. That is until they continue the series without Bay to cash in on the franchise.

CorndogBurglar: No, I don't know. All I know is Beast Wars explains the story leading up to the Autobots and Decepticons being reactivated some time after they crash-landed on earth.
