Me everytime I watch this show now:

No idea where this show is going anymore. Stick to the source material folks.

It's like the show doesn't know what it wants to be.

It introduces wild unmentioned concepts just to patch up a plot thread or have an interesting scene.

For example, the sudden introduction in the series of "soul selling".

I think they should have just stuck with the source material but everyone feels they can "make it better" so we get this patchwork show of unrealistic and even unlikable characters. I don't mind straying from the source because it's a different medium and often needs to happen but this is just straying into absurdity for no reason.

I wouldn’t be so disappointed with this show if they had kept the core relationship of jesse, tulip, and Cassidy the same as the comic which was one of the best parts of the comic to me

I can't even say I'm totally sure I finished S1. I think I did, but I couldn't swear on it. Always thought about getting back in someday, but nowadays it seems like there's always quite a bit of negativity in the air when people discuss the show. So... this can (should?) well stay near the bottom of my priority list then?!
