PREACHER Season 2 Character Banners Spotlight Our Trio Of Returning Antiheroes: Jesse, Tulip And Cassidy

AMC's twisted take on Garth Ennis & Steve Dillon's Preacher is set to return to our screens next month, and we have 3 new character posters which spotlight the show's seriously messed-up leads.

Following a riotous first teaser, AMC has debuted three character banners for the sophomore season of their small-screen adaptation of Preacher, which is set to premiere on June 25.

Some fans were disappointed that the first season took a lot of liberties with the source materiel, but it did end with Jesse, Tulip and Cassidy hitting the road with The Saint of Killers hot on their trail, which is pretty much where the first major comic book arc kicks off. Hopefully this next batch of episodes picks up the pace a little and begins to work its way through Ennis' batshit crazy graphic novels.

I thought Quincannon was introduced a little early... I hope they back off of his character this season a little bit. Bring on Granny dearest!

I am Alpha. I am also so excited for this series to return. It's so nuts. I haven't read the series it's based on yet, but I have seen images of Cassidy, and I think it's incredible how well his likeness has been duplicated from the page to the small screen. I can't wait. It has been too long to go without this show in my life. Lol.

I love this show. I'm glad they started with a prequel, to give us some insight into who these characters are. Now we can get into the meat of the story.

I didn't read the comic but I did watch season one it was awesome! if the comic is better than the show I can't freaking wait
