The first episode of The Falcon and The Winter Soldier was great, but today's instalment was even better. Putting the focus on the dynamic between Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes while familiarising us with the new Captain America, we're sure you can understand why we said this episode was "the Marvel Cinematic Universe at its best" in our review.
Now, Marvel Studios has released a fresh batch of stills from "The Star Spangled Man."
John Walker can be seen meeting with some of his fans and signing autographs prior to that Good Morning America interview, while Sam and Bucky's team-up also takes centre stage. Erin Kellyman's Flag-Smasher is also highlighted, and we get a great shot of the two title heroes wanting absolutely nothing to do with the new Captain America and Battlestar.
Are they being fair? They may not be happy with John Walker wielding the shield, but he's shown himself to be every bit the hero so far, and earned three Medals of Honor in his past life as a soldier.
This is a storyline that's likely to play out over the next few weeks and beyond, and if recent spoilers are anything to go on, then there are big plans for John Walker following The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.
