Nuck Reviews The Cape

Here are my thoughts on NBC's "The Cape"!!!

I went into this show with a open mind. Its not based on a DC or Marvel Story so there was no side to take. All i wanted was a decent show. Well let me start off by saying that i didn't like this show!! It had maybe 1 or 2 good moments.

A break down of the main characters.

David Lyons who plays Vince Faraday and The Cape, seems to be a very likable, ex military hero and police officer who wants to do more for his city and "make it great again". What i didn't like is that his action wasn't that great and when he first got the cape, he automatically knew how to use it like he's had it for a while.

James Frain plays the "villain mastermind". He turns into a bad guy when he puts in his crappy lizard eye contacts. Enough said!

Keith David plays a circus ring leader who is an illusionist/escape artist. He gives Faraday "the cape" and shows him how to use it. This is the most watchable character on the show. He is funny, kind of an asshole. I like him because reminds me a lot of myself. ; )

Summer Glau plays mmmmmmmmmm nom nom nom, well as we all know she is smoking hot. But that doesn't make her role in the show any good, but man is she nice to look at. But i can already call it, her character is a kid or some family member of the bad guy and shes trying to do what is right by teaming up with the cape and helping him.

Jennifer Ferrin plays Vince Faraday "the cape"'s wife, a Redhead hottie. Its a small part. We see her trying to get a job after Vince "dies" which she gets over very quickly and kinda moves on.

Well those are the main characters of the show and a quick little break down of them. I didn't feel like going through the whole 2 episodes so i did this.

I think this show could be good, but as of right now i dont like it. I watched the entire first episode and half of the second and couldn't take anymore of it. I found old episodes of Futurama to be more appealing and entertaining than The Cape.
Well this is my opinion of the show and as i always say "opinions are like assholes. Everybody has one and they all stink!!!"
